Last year I stayed at a place on Lor 20 in Geylang. Every morning about 10 am, there were 2-3 girls sitting outside of the houses. You can totally do this--but like Aussie mentioned, you'll be cutting it pretty short. There are places that open at 11:30/12:00. You could do a quicker session, then grab a ride back to the airport. I had a layover a few weeks ago in Singapore. Landed at 8:00, hung out at the airport until 11:00, got to a Geylang around 11:30, spent 45 minutes at a house, then got back to the airport by 1:00 pm to check into my international flight for 3:00 pm.

Plenty of reports here indicating the houses usually open in the early afternoon, 12-13:00 onwards. This might be cutting it a bit fine timewise?
