On December 3rd Colombia is expected to sign a visa-free agreement with "Schengen bloc. " I'm curios how it will affect their ability for visa-free ravel to SXM, CUR and AUA, which on paper are independent countries within the Netherlands.

Also, if USA is going to continue so stubbornly deny visas, Colombians will travel to Europe instead. Many chicas I talked to would rather visit Paris, Rome and Barcelona than New York or Miami.

If you understood the life of a woman in Colombia you would know that the chica was not kidding when she asked you to marry her.

What I admire about Colombianas is that they do not covet what other people have. They only wish to be able to exist and feed their children. What is truly amazing is that if something bad happens in their life they don't say woe is me. They just say it is Gods will and move on.

They are sweet loving beings and very easy to fall in love with. I truly respect them for their fortitude.

I tend to agree with Mel that the girls are there as a job. I did have one girl who I had seen many times over a couple of years and the last time I saw her last March we were in the bar having a couple of drinks and out of the blue she asked if I was married. My Spanish isn't great but is I'm getting better so I can communicate a little and this part I understood. When I told her I was single she suggested I should marry her. I'm not 100% sure she was joking.

I will be heading down again on Dec. 13 for a week but I know she isn't there as she left the island on Nov. 10th, or at least that week. I was chatting with her before she left to find out if she would be there in December and I was also chatting with her last night and she confirmed she is back in Colombia.

If you include the locals, I would say that the majority of the guys in the bars are married. From what I've been told most of the locals are married but don't go back to the room since: 1. Many of them are married and on a small island where news travels fast and 2. The locals do not generally have the resources to pay, most of them are just in the bars to drink, look and touch and have as much low cost fun as they can. As far as the "tourists" go I could only venture a non-educated guess of maybe 50/50?

Do the chicas care? I would think probably not, at least in most cases. If you are just taking them back to the room for a half hour session they are there to provide their services and make some money and then on to the next guy. My experience, as limited as it is, I don't recall having the question come up in the short sessions. Mostly just casual, pleasant, general, casual conversation then getting down to business and lots of fun.

The question likely will arise more often on TLD / TLD outings since there is more time for general conversation. Just part of getting to know each other better, which makes the outing more enjoyable, the subject of jobs, family and all kinds of other interesting topics just naturally come up. Marital status being one of them. If you do speak Spanish you can get involved in some interesting discussions with the chica as to why you or her are not married or, if you are, why you are here. While there may be some that want to know just to find out what the chances are of seeing you again and possibly to help out with the many "emergencies" she may have I doubt there are few that really care if one is married or not other than just general curiosity.

I am somewhat familiar with the Latin American culture and for many men it is common to go out to a club and hang out with his buddies and some girls. While the men don't go home and brag to the wife how the evening went, she likely knows what he has been up to. It is much more tolerated than it is here in the USA Even having an occasional or even regular girlfriend or mistress is tolerated to some degree. As long as the guy goes home to the wife and kids and keeps the paycheck there too. For most of these girls this didn't happen and that's why they are doing what they are doing. Lots of sad stories. To me it seems a bit crazy to let one of these beauties go but if you are a guy in Bogota, Medellin, etc. I guess there are so many more temptations out there it's hard to settle for just one.

For the married guys out there I guess you can always somehow find a way to escape for a bit. I just hope you all have a difficult time getting home, horrible flights, and just lots of problems so that damn silly grin is off your face when you get back.

Out of curiosity I am wondering what the ratio is among married men to single men who go to these clubs. I myself am married and not sure if I am treated differently as such by the chicas. Perhaps they don't really care what my status is. Maybe others can shed some light?

For the married guys on this forum, how are you able to escape to the clubs without your wives knowing what you are up to? I have been able to go to SXM 3 times this year because I get a tons of vacation weeks for my job but my wife gets the bare minimum. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to go to SXM solo! I do go through cycles of guilt and shame for banging these young, hot chicas but I have the opinion that while I do love my wife very much and will never love another woman to the same degree as I do with my wife, it's virtually impossible to be stuck with the same pussy for the rest of my married life.

I see many guys visiting a location that has primarily spanish-speaking chicas, that they have difficulty in communicating and that they feel the session could have been better if they knew some spanish. This is very true, and while your money will get you the basics it is a lot better when you learn the language. In my own experience, I did not speak much spanish a couple years. After a couple trips to DR, I started to pick use google translator and sure it made things a little better my experiences did not improve until I could at least speak conversational spanish. Think about it, these chicas see guys of all types, and most don't speak their native language. They do the basics, and get on to the next person. They can't have an actual conversation, and many wish to have a conversation with guy who is also looking to get with them. It adds a bit of chemistry, and it will only enhance the experience. And pulling out your phone to show them you can type some words, and have it spit out the translation which is correct maybe 80% of the time that's still not going to get the job done. My recommendation, if you are truly wanting to improve your chances of having a good experience, then pick up rosetta stone, or pimsleur, or take a few spanish classes. You're not sacrificing a lot of time, and you'll notice things become a lot better when this happens. You don't need to know everything, but if you can have a decent conversation and a fairly decent understanding of what she is saying to you then you'll do well. It helped me while traveling to Latin American countries as I had a chance to speak in person as well while I was learning, I made a lot of mistakes but chicas like a guy who makes a good attempt. I very rarely have to pull out my cell phone and look at google translator now, and I feel a lot more comfortable traveling to places like Colombia. A couple years ago, I absolutely would not have been able to do that. Some guys think they need to just know a few basic words in order to get by, but if that's your mindset then please don't move on to the next chapter from SXM which is likely the land which produces the girls themselves, Colombia. Take a few lessons, practice out loud, speak with others who are fluent, and then try with a girl at Hypnotic / Carolina's, you'll notice a greater chance for GFE.

Excellent post. I understand your frustration with the language barrier. I speak very little Spanish, and also find it awkward when a chica speaks no English. Hi everyone! I have been to St. Maarten and its clubs on a yearly basis for the past 10 years. This year I have a 3 day trip from 12/09 to 12/11. I would like to know if any of you could provide any up to date info as to what is available. I am very picky. I am looking for a GFE experience with a beautiful young girl with a great attitude. Wow, wouldn't we all love to be able to walk in any club and find that girl? My experience is that you have to work at creating a GFE session by spending some time in conversation and contact in the bar, and perhaps follow up with repeat sessions. I'm sure you have found your Spanish skills a plus in that regard. My experiences changed when I started looking at the girl as a package of looks, personality and skill. Great GFE sessions come in many shapes and sizes. A great GFE experience for me does not mean it will be for you. And quite honestly, the best looking girls in each club does not often translate into a great session in the room.

I'm sure you have gotten a lot of great info on this thread over the ten years. I hope you start sharing some of your findings after this year's trip. That is how we all benefit.
