As for Carolinas...you found the right place. There is a door in the middle of the building facing the street. Go in there and at the end of the hallway there will be a door on the right. That will take you into the bar. Or on the side of the building, next to the youth's sports and activity center (Yes! It's true!) is the door to the restaurant. You can go in there as well. Crystals also has girls, but rarely anything good.

Petit Chataeu can be found by continuing past Carolina's/Crystals until you get to the end of the road. The entrance to the dump will be on your right. Turn left onto the very rough dirt road. It will soon curve to the right. Petit Chateau will be about 1/2 mile on your right.
