OK, after digesting posts from the past several months, figured I'd take a stab at updating the club line-up on The Friendly Island......Well, I know there's quite a few senior members that post here. Feel free to add anything, so that this may serve as a primer for some of the newer viewers that may be contemplating a trip to SXM as it continues to recover.

For the most part, the Scorecard is accurate. However, with respect to El Capitan over the past few years, it has moved from predominance of DR chicas, to a mix of DR and Colombian chicas, and now is almost 100% Colombian. And some very decent talent. As between Carolinas and El Capitan, EC has a much bigger space and is much easier to circulate. Great bar area to meet the girls as well as lots of tables scattered about to mingle. Personally, it has become my favorite club. Even Empire (formerly Defiance) has its fair share of Colombian girls now, which used to be almost all DR girls. Huge bar, easy circulation in large floor space, but very dark with music that will blow an eardrum. That said, I have had some great sessions there over the years. Caveat here, some young locals with attitude were hanging outside in October. But not every night. Overall, safer to visit the clubs that are open in the afternoon, or go earlier during evening hours. You will have lots of fun between 9 and midnight. Carolinas gets most of the comments on this Board. Always a solid line-up of Colombian women. But I almost always visit all the clubs when I am in St. Maarten, and have had some great times at all of them over the years. As a gross generalization, the Colombian girls have gentle demeanors and are great in the room. The DR girls often have "attitude" when you first meet them. Carry an alpha-male attitude with confidence, and you can tame them quickly. They too, can be great in the room. There are clear cultural differences between Colombian and DR girls, but both great when you develop a bit of chemistry. And don't sit waiting for the girls to approach you.
