St. Maarten (The southern Dutch side)

As you drive along the salt pond there is a traffic circle with salt picker statues on it. Take the exit North drive to almost the end of the road. You will see a Youth center on your right. There is a small street then the next building is Carolinas. There is an entrance to the club via the Chinese restaurant in the right side of the building and a small hallway further away. THERE ARE USUALLY LOCALS HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE. They are fine and just Hanging. If ANGIE IS THERE i would most definitely check her out,

Across the street is Crystals with a Sign, Carolinas has no sign.

If you continue to the end of the road about 150 feet and turn right then go to the end of that road turn left El Capitan is on your left about 200 feet down the road, it has a high block wall around the parking lot.

DO NOT WALK BETWEEN CAROLINAS AND EL CAPITAN.

Hi Kermit,

Hopefully by the time of this post you have already found your way to Carolinas. If not it is located closet to "downtown" Philipsburg on Soualiga Rd, which is next to the Salt Pond, if you reach the traffic rotary known as Salt Pickers (look for Police Headquarters or Government Headquarters) you're getting close, follow north towards Gov building and Athletic field, go to end of street, its dark at night however lights up when get to where you need to be, you'll see a lot of cars and people hanging around outside. Drive by and circle back around to get a feel of the area and look for a parking spot close to the buildings. "Crystals" is the only place that has a sign out front, Carolinas is directly across the street, should be a few guys sitting outside the entrance which also goes to a barbershop. Let us know you found it and report back with your experience. I won't be back on the island until Dec 12th.

Crystal Club was very slow, only a few girls. I left after a drink to go back to Carolinas. Overall was fun and would like to go back.

Always appreciate guys posting good info. Good info for cruise ship passengers re: taxi rides. But the description of the clubs is way too old. Instead, anyone who reads this Forum should look at the more recent club reviews to get a feel for what things are like now. High season brings lots of cruise ships and many fresh faces to the clubs. And with hurricane recovery still on-going, things are improving on the Dutch side.

Went to the Captains place to see how things were. Since I am down here with friends and family, the only time I could go was at 13:30. 4 chicas working and 1 other dude, but didn't seem like a customer for One reason or another. Chicas mainly kept to themselves, except for one older looking, lighter skinned gal. Definitely Hispanic, but lighter than the others there. The others were very dark, maybe Dominican?

Finally approached Allison. She was a shy, young looking, fairly thin girl. Absolutely no English spoken. We got by with my limited habloing of espanol. $60, including the room sealed the deal. The deal was done, everything covered and basic movements. I did like the bathroom after, which allowed me to wash the pertinent areas! Overall, great at time and look forward to another visit!

Went out last night.

First stop was the old defiance. About 15 Colombianas.

Saw a small older chica about 35 Lucy giggles a lot wit a mouth full of braces. Big chest and a little bit of belly. Great BBBJ and other stuff was also very good.

Next stop Crystal also many chicas a few up to my liking. Ann-Marie, Tall and skinny Colombiana. Also a nice rack. Also good BBBJ and great doggie.

Last stop El Capitan very loud music many chicas Colombianas also. I did not spot any that I liked.

Went home after a schwarma busy night for a first night.

I always stay in the Beacon Hill area behind Maho Beach, there is a nice boutique hotel there called Spotters Paradise, google it and book via airbnb. It is one of the safer neighborhoods on the island and the owners are brothers Edgar and Eric. Eric lives onsite refer questions in regard to chicas to Eric once you get there. He is a wealth of information if you have questions.

The apartments are secure, very clean, updated, full kitchens with all necessary appliances and dishware, cold A / see, good WIFI, etc.

I don't think you need to worry about that in St. Maarten. The bigger issue is finding a place to stay in light of the conditions on the island. Expedia.com has plenty of choices. Simpson Bay is the best location right now.

Went out cruisin this morning to see what the current situation looks like. Drove up to Casa Blanca and drove up the driveway. Has a dumpster in the parking lot and the lady stuck her head out and said that they will be open at 8 PM tonight. Took a couple of pics and drove back pass Sunset & Empire (looks like the front arch has removed the name "Defiance" with a make over). Poked my head into Carolines and the placed was packed, standing room only. Three cruise ships in town. Only three single chicas sitting at the bar on their phones. Maybe a BAD day for first outing. Decided to go across the street to Crystals and WOW. 15 chicas and one guy. There was a girl at every bar stool in front and I had to ask to squeeze thru to get a beer. A chica on the heavy side asked something, but I moved down to the end of the bar and met Eva. Nice looking, speaks English, long black hair and nice natural tits. Had a short conversation, grabbed two beers and off we went. I was not disappointed. Will definitely repeat. Then drove past El General (formerly LE Petite Chateau). See new sign in photo.
