It is a fact that there are morr sharks at Palace than at Oase or World. Things got worse over the last years, I have been to Palace dozens and dozens of times, up tp 80 visits a year. Not anymore, I've been to Palace about 5 times in 2011. Why? Because management allows the girls to rip of newbies. To make their own prices. This does attract a certain type of girls, and there's too many of them at Palace. Even after a handfull of complaints they are still there. Why does Palace still have guests? Because it is located in Frankfurt, does have greaz facilities and food, some (less than in better times) regulars and an endless flow of newbies (mostly foreigners) who are willing to pay 100€ or more for a decent session because what they get in their home countries is lower quality or higher price or prostitution is illegal.

@Ortos and Euro100 Off course there is always a chance of a meeting a shark / scammer in any club, but my experience in Palace (and the one you described a few posts below) was unlike anything I've seen in the other clubs. When I visited there were about 10 girls that I discussed possible sessions with, because I knew this had to be discussed upfront in palace. When I went to palace I also thought it might help to make clear that I'm not as much of a novice as the girls often assume, but pointing out the differences in service levels with the other clubs didn't get the girls to change their stance on their limited service / higher prices. Look at the shark issue from the sporting perspective. If you play video games for a while, you get bored playing them at the easiest setting, and you want a bit more difficulty. Why? I think that if one scores every single time with ease, it gets very boring. So you select a more difficult setting, which is more satisfying. Of course you see where I am going with this: the sharks make the game more exciting; and here and there I accept them taking a bite out of me in exchange for the thrill of defeating them. Sorry to be rather abrupt, but you are falling into the trap that most people do: namely that ALL girls at Palace are scammers; and that ONLY at Palace will you have girls that try to trick you. In other words: If you think the same thing doesn't happen at any other club (like e. G. Our beloved Oase) then you are deceiving yourself. It does happen at all clubs and if read the reports of (yes even Oase or even Bernd's) over the past six months, say, you will see the same things reported.

At Palace it is true the frequency might indeed be higher, but then Palace, by virtue of its location, does get more non-German speakers (a clear target for sharky girls at any club, whether people want to believe it or not) and reading some of the reports in recent weeks about newbie visitors to Palace, some of these guys are so daft that they might as well have a poster on their backs saying: Ripp me off! Just look at the guy Euro100 met in the locker room. The guy had no clue.

If you gain enough experience you can see these girls, again at any club, from a mile off and fend off their rather transparent attempts to scam.

But the main point is don't be so naive as to think it doesn't happen in any / all clubs, even in Oase. I've seen it there recently, BTW. But not as often as, say, at Palace.

I second most of that. It certainly is partly a taste thing. It partly is a day to day thing (or season to season).

Palace certainly has a good line-up most of the time optically speaking. The problem for me is the hype that Palace goers often express, that Palace has something in the line-up that you can't find elsewhere. To me that's a joke which leaves me disappointed everytime I revisit Palace. It's not a club full of "stunners" or "big breasted blonds" as one would think, and for my taste Palace is definetely not "up there" with the Oase line-up.

- 2 bars for drinks.
