People who go "enough times a year" can just buy multi entry passes at Hessen clubs and that would reduce Sharks, Mainhattan, and Oase to same rate as most NRW clubs. I echo the advice of others. Don't even contemplate doing a FKK Tour. The FKKs are completely legal, English is widely spoken and Germany and German cities are easy to navigate. Personally I take the train to get between clubs in different towns / cities and stay at budget hotels nearest to the station where the clubs are - the trains are cheap and efficient. You could even do a tour by train starting in Berlin and ending up in Frankfurt via Dusseldorf and Cologne though if it just the clubs that are the attraction, I would recommend concentrating on Frankfurt.
