Ah, a first-timer. If no car and it's your first time there, stick with Palace at first until you know your way around better. Any taxi can take you there. You don't have to speak German. Just write "FKK Palace" on a piece of paper, in the unlikely event that the driver doesn't speak English. There is also FKK Beach in Frankfurt, if it's still open. Don't know if it is or not.

As for Champagne, there's no obligation whatsoever to buy it or anything else in the way of consumables for the ladies.
