Great hotel, perfect location, just a short walk to WS. Nice rooftop pool, average breakfast buffet (I'd recommend not paying for it and grabbing your own). Sadly I'll never stay here again, all of my buddies including myself had trouble connecting to the WiFi. And you can tell the guy in charge of helping you get connected is being run ragged from room to room. I have free data on my plan so it's not a big deal for me. Until I try to chat with my friends in the other rooms. Book the baywalk at your own risk.

Hi,
Is it a roll of dice getting girl friendly room w no fee? Are most places non fee? I'd like a Bayview room walking distance to walking street. Anyone stay at either Amari hotel? I know its not walking distance but rooms look sweet and great price.

My first trip to Pattaya (2 days only unfortunately). Would love to stay walking distance of action (especially FLs). Prefer WiFi and in-room safe. Suggestions up to 2000 range?

I have, thus far, only stayed here or at the nearby Dynasty. Dynasty is a bit cheaper for a room that really isn't much different. The room is painted white so it is cheerier than the Dynasty, but if you use a laptop for surfing or writing, they have no writing desk or chair with a back. You use the side table and effectively have to sit on a stool. The Dynasty has a proper writing table and chair. That is important to me as I spend a few hours each day documenting my experiences for your all's reading pleasure.

But yes, a good place to stay for being relatively cheap.

Hi Guys,
I'm looking to book the Dynasty Inn on Soi 13, read on Agoda and TA and reports look ok. Is this a decent hotel or better looking for something else, BTW going mid August.
Cheers Del.

2 - It'd be real hard to get a nice hotel in this budget. Search for "Premier Inn" which is not so far from Soi 6. Apart from there are some properties which aren't listed online but can go and make the booking on demand. May be you can book a nice hotel for a day or two and after reaching there can roam around to find a nice place as per your budget near Soi 6.
