Giong to Pattaya in about a month and I'm wondering if Inn House- SHA Extra Plus is any good to stay in.

I looked at it pre-covid. Great location but not very nice. Dynasty Inn and Sandy Springs on the same soi are better choices IMHO.

Hello brothers, I will be in Pattaya early next month. I found this hotel online, claims to be a 5 star property with good reviews. Forums also mark this is guest friendly. Anyone has any experience with this property?
Changing money at TT on Corner of 8, and around corner from Beach rd.

I've seen it? Was built during covid and open recently looks good design from outside but it looks like the old location of one of the Estiiny old hotel?

Soi 7 use to be very busy with beer bars today it is less than half if noise is concern I would say no, Soi 8, same if you are in massage and extra there are a number.

Very close to Beach Road, 2nd road, walk across thru Beer bar complex your got Soi Buakhao, each direction baht bus to W. S. Soi 6, convienent should be girl friendly for sure.

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn Express and I'm quite happy with it. It's guest friendly, decent breakfast, very clean, quiet, secure and close enough to where we want to go. The beds are pillow tops with very nice pillows and comforter. On site washing machine and dryer.

I was going to stay there before Covid. Rooms seemed pretty large and the pool looked nice. Great location for LK Metro, Soi Buakauo, Soi Lengee and Pothole. But I decided against it when I heard that it was popular with the large Chinese tours (and all of their busses). Didn't want to deal with all of those families everyday at breakfast and the pool. In the short term I don't think that will be an issue for you as I don't think there is much tourism coming from China right now.

I've been wondering the same thing about Vogue and P Plus as well. The prices for both seem to low which tells me something isn't right.

I'll be arriving next week. I've decided on the Holiday Inn Express. It will probably be around 3 am when I get to the hotel and this looks like about the easiest place for me anyway. It's in an area I want to check out. I'm going to reserve two nights, that should be enough time to check out other places.

I'm still open for suggestions.

I would be interested to know too. Some TA reviews from 3-4 years ago mention building works all day going on next door, with photo. Can we assume it's over.

I was staying in Soi 13 in June. There was no construction work going on around Sandy Spring or anywhere else in the soi.
IIRC the reviews from 3-4 years ago were about the Hermann Hotel that was being built in Soi 12, not far from Sandy Spring.
By the way, the post from Jaybee77 that you quoted was from 2004!

I met a Thaigirl in Pattaya who told me that she been in India for 6 months for working in a massage shop (she said only HJ but who know if this is true or not), she said that she was scared as fuck to walk alone in the street in day time, as you said everybody stalked her. She said will never come back to India.

How much she made? I guess 5 x more than what she can make in Pattaya. I know Thai girls making 8 k THB per day with HJ only in India.

Ask her to visit South Africa, Brazil or any other African or South American country and tell me if her experience gets better. She probably will get kidnapped in some of the countries in first few days.

India is a massive country with population more than Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia COMBINED. Just like part of the Thailand or any first world country are not safe for foreigners, parts of India may not be safe.

LOL she might be giving just HJs in the massage shops but it would economically make any sense for her to just do that. These Thai girls meet guys in their flats in Delhi. They all usually stay close to each other in a building and have guys come over to their place.

Rest I don't dispute anything she says.
