Hi guys, do you think I'll have any trouble showing up around Jan. 30 without a res. And staying for 10 days. I haven't been home in awhile and my credit cards are having a hard time finding me. I'm looking to stay in places like areca, April suites, chaba hut. Places around 1500 with a pool.

Go to the usual websites of the hotels and the agencies (like http://www.booking.com) and see if they still have rooms available for that period. You don't have to finish your booking. booking.com Does not charge your credit-card beforehand.

I will send email to areca and jasmine to get it in be with. I think overall Jasmine seems to be much better for being close to action and super gf.

Somehow these guys at Jasmine did not reply properly. They clarified that there are no joiner fees but only two people can stay in one room. So no menage a trois for me I guess at this hotel.

Hotel areca charges joiner fee of 500.

I stay at flipper lodge in oct bring back 2 girl one night no problem, I am not sure about flipper house now if you want you can email them to confirm on the latest just to be sure.

I'm looking for a hotel room with IN ROOM SAFE, no joiner problems, that's not too close to action.

When I want to sleep. I want it a little quiet.

I don't mind hopping on the Baht Bus to get there.

I like to stay at The Residence Garden. The rate is 1450 per night for a one bedroom suite with kitchenette (if you book through or mention pattayapages. Com).

The only issue is that the price does not include breakfast. The home fried potatoes are really good too!

It is very girl friendly and away from the noise. Walking street can be visited on foot, by motorcycle taxi, or baht bus.

I stayed at the Page 10 during my last holiday, in Suite 808. I concur that the location is great, and I like the modern look as well. But I had a problem with the noise.

There is a beer bar complex on the southwest corner of Second Road and Soi 10, and every night at least two, and sometimes three bands, were playing. It's a small complex and none of the bars attracts a large crowd. But for some inexplicable reason the bands set their amplifiers like they are playing to a stadium. Even though my room was on the eighth floor, and even though the sliding glass doors have multiple panes, the racket really bothered me until the bands called it quits every morning about 2:00 or 3:00 am.

If you are a sound sleeper, or you never retire until dawn, this won't be a problem. Otherwise, it's very loud. I've been told that the Page 10 rooms located on the north side of the building facing the shopping mall next door are less noisy. But I can't speak to that from personal experience.

OK. I have to admit I completely forgot about that. What you are saying is true. The first night I was there I was on that side and the girl had a terrible screeching voice until 3am.

I changed rooms to the other side.

My favorite other than the Marriott, is the Page 10. Great location but quiet, modern, well priced, GF, decent breakfast.

The LK is the only one I stayed at. It is very nice, good rooms, good breakfast, nice view and GF. At high season the normal great price raises to over 100 USD with tax and service charges. It is a little steep at that price, but location is excellent.

Sounds to me like you and your buddy are sharing a room?

LK Empress only allow 1 girl per room then charge extra for anymore, there are cameras everywhere in the hotel even though there is no walk of shame. See previous report.

Areca lodge only allow 1 girl also.

Rooms are good, no limit on guests, girls love the view and you can do her from behind on the balcony.

I'm talking about the search feature here. My MO was to go to Trip Adviser and get about 5 hotels that were reasonably priced and then back here to do some research. If there's a trick to this search please let me know. Otherwise here are the hotels that look reasonable. If anyone can comment I would be very appreciative and but a few rounds in Pattaya or anywhere else we may meet.

Le Prive Prices starting at about $70 USD.

Holiday Inn Pattaya $108.

Amari Orchid $85.

Four Seasons Place $54 (really!)

Fourtex Sports Club Hotel $39 (seems waaaay to cheap)

Prime Villa Hotel $71.

Important to me is clean, room safe, in room wifi, pool would be nice, and of course girl friendly. Feel free to recommend your favorite.

I made my travel arrangement a few days ago. What a cluster f*k using miles. But I did it with the help of another monger. Now I can't work, All I'm thinking about is short little spinner hotties bodies. DAMN!
