But there is no guarantee that a high price will bring you "very good quality girls". Your idea of "very good quality" may not be my idea of it and, more importantly, the girl's idea of "good quality".
Flashing your money around like this is more likely to bring the sharks out than the genuine good performers.
Do your homework, read the last 20 pages or so of this forum, learn how to behave in the bars, clubs and discos and you will get a more rewarding experience.
As to CIS and European girls, I cannot help you. I don't come to SE Asia to meet these girls, but what I have read on this and other forums, their quality is low, their price is (too) high and their service is next to non-existent. A story I heard was about a CIS girl promising to "go with you to your hotel", she got the agreed price paid beforehand and dropped the guy off at his hotel and then walked away. She did what she was paid for: go to his hotel with him and as nothing was said about providing any further services she just disappeared.

1. If Sky is the limit for you then why bother to ask these questions, just reach there and do as you like.
2. Indians do not have good reputation in both Pattaya and Bkk, you can also find this information on various forums including here. Why? You can check and find yourself if you put some effort.
3. CIS and EU girls might be there, but very unlikely you can take them back to your room, because of several factors, also you can find info on this by search may be other seniors may give you better explanation.
4. There are websites like Agoda, Bookings dot com etc where you can check for hotel info, price, location, reviews etc. Try it if you haven't done before.
5. Where you can get good quality babes for BBBJ. Is it even a question.
My suggestion, grow up, try to be more independent and self-learning, no one is here to spoon fed you. No offence but really the kind of attitude you are expressing if one of the reasons why Indians are generalized and not welcomed in many places. Also my note that several venues in Pattaya and Bangkok do not allow Indians, details you can find on some threads.

The rooms are ok. I have stayed at both Corona and Evergreen. Suggest you call and change to the Corona building facing the pool. Otherwise, request a room facing the pool from the Evergren.
Good luck.

On the photo I've attached, I have marked the building where construction work went on. I guess it's a sort of a refurbish construction.
I suggest that you contact the hotel directly. As I wrote when I was there last weekend the noise was really annoying. I spoke with a few other guests that were also pretty annoyed.

The rooms in Evergreen are bigger though.
The last day I was there (last week) a construction work started during daytime at the neighboring building facing the south pool (the pool close to the Evergren). The noise was really annoying and went on all day.
So I suggest that you contact the hotel and ask if there is construction work going on, alternatively use the North pool.

I also get the point that there won't be a single ISG member who had stayed at all the hotels I have listed, hell it may be a case where not a single one had stayed in any of the hotels I have listed. But the reason I shared the list is just in case if a fellow member had stayed in it then he / she can share the experience, if not that's OK too.
As far as understanding that its just renting a hotel and not end of the world, well I must thank you for opening up my eyes.
I totally agree about people ended up staying at hotels they regretted and its part of learning process, but learning from other's mistake (mostly due to misfortune) isn't that is also part of the process? What I expected was just sharing of experience. Again this what this forum is for, at least that's the impression I was under.
Anyway thanks again for you valuable inputs.

I doubt there's any ISG member who has stayed at all 12 hotels so making a comparison between them is difficult. You should also know that within a hotel, there are old, new, and remodeled rooms (Standard vs. Deluxe vs. Suite) so you're asking someone to compare apples to oranges and make a recommendation.
Everyone has different expectations when they stay at a certain hotel, for example, less than a five minute walk away from the "action"; reliable WI-FI; free breakfast; king size bed; swimming pool. Without knowing who you are and what you expect in a hotel, it's impossible and unrealistic for anyone to make a recommendation for you that will satisfy you 100%. It's like asking which beer bar or go-go bar is the best in Pattaya.
You've confirmed that they're all within your budget, GFF, and located close to the "action". If you've done "research," you should be able to narrow down your hotels from 12 to less than 5 (and don't ask the ISG community to do that for you).
I understand that you have "newbie jitters" but you're only there for 4 NIGHTS so make an "executive decision. " You're only renting a hotel room. You're not buying the place. It's not the end of the world if the hotel turns out to be less than you expected; but it should not completely ruin your trip if you've done your research and selected a hotel that meets your basic minimum expectations.
We've all ended up in hotels that we've regretted staying at, but that's part of the adventure and the learning process. If you're so jittery and unsure of your ability to research hotel reviews and make a judgment call on which one to stay at, you might want to re-consider your trip to Pattaya or go on a package tour where everything is decided for you.

Thanks for all the pointers. Purpose for my trip is purely mongering (booze and girls as many as I can handle).
I have already been through the process you mentioned and narrowed down list of hotels (it's there in my first post here). The problem is I am unable to finalize on a particular one, may be because it's my first trip and.
Having newbie jitters (don't know if its a thing but I am experiencing it). All the hotels I narrowed down allows guests (confirmed by directly asking hotels), in my budget ($25 - $30) and situated around south to central Pattaya. But still I am a bit hesitant as to which hotel to book, as per my research action is almost everywhere (north, south or central Pattaya) but which should be good for a newbie like me? Who is travelling alone. So what I do about this, I turn to my fellow brethren on ISG who already have ton of experience and may have been through similar experience. I hope I am able to convey my exact need of help in this post.
P.S.: further research has led my to add "LK Mansion" in my list of hotels. Please bare with me.
Cheers,
MB
