Could anyone give me some feedback on Boss Suites. In reading the Trip Advisor reports the general public doesn't like the place much, however it seems to have a pretty good location and a nice pool and grounds, I have booked some rooms in the new wing which I hear they are okay and that they are GF. Any feedback would be appreciated. Tried Arcera for my dates but sold out. Thanks.

I don't know if the LK hotels you mention are quiet. On the map their locations look slightly better.

If you are looking for a hotel with a nice pool area check out the Marriott Resort.

I'm going on my third trip to Thailand next month for 2 weeks. I've been to Bangkok and Pattaya twice and I'm hooked! Best options for hotel IMO for Pattaya nitelife is on LK Metro or nearby. I say this because of a few reasons:
1) Walking street is too busy and too crowded. Its fun, but not a place I would like for a good night sleep.
2) Beach road is also very busy and crowded. My first trip to Pattaya I stayed at Sunshine Hotel on Soi 8 near beach road.
I BF a nice young spinner on Soi 8 and had a great time, but now she feels like she owns me.
She saw me once with another spinner and blew up my phone with text messages.
She also showed up at the hotel and almost made a scene! SMH!
LK Metro and Soi Diana are in Central Pattaya and IMO best location because its not too busy compared to Walking street and Beach road, but plenty of action nearby to bring back to hotel.
Here are a few hotels I would recommend:
1) LK Royal Suite Hotel. They have a Jacuzzi room! .
2) Areca Lodge Hotel. Highly popular, reserve early.
3) LK Metropole Pattaya. Never been but heard good things.
4) Boss Suites Pattaya. Budget hotel, will be my first time there so I will review this when I'm there.
All in all, this is my honest opinion as everyone has different taste. Central Pattaya is best for nearby action. Walking street and beach road are minutes away on a Motorbike taxi or baht bus.
Also, don't forget Soi 6.
I can't wait to go next month. I can't even sleep at night just thinking about Thailand. Oh the land of smiles is Paradise for us men! LOL.
Cheers!

My sugestion is to keep the two seperate. Two many options for girls to worry about them where you stay. Could be problematic anyway.

Posts: 25Preparing for five nights in Pattaya
After many fantastic trips to DR I am planning to explore Thailand next April.
I plan to stay five nights in Pattaya and I am studying the hotel options.
When possible I like hotels not only girl friendly but with girls "in house".
I have found three hotels in Pattaya:
Secrets Hotel, with Secrets Club and Baby agogo bar. I have read many different opinions about rooms.
Galaxy Suites, with Heaven Above Club. Good reports about the Club but almost nothing about the hotel.
Penhouse Hotel, with Kitten Club. More expensive but with a pool, what for me is a plus.
Anyone knows them?. Any advise or comment about these hotels?
Of course, if I book one one them, after my trip I will share my opinion.

Looking for some opinions on Jomtian. I want to stay in a quieter beach area but I do not want to travel to Pattaya every afternoon for some lady company. I am a 50-something and prefer the ladies in their 30's. Can I assume there are plenty of bars and bar girls in Jomtian but just quieter than Pattaya? I want to explore Jomtian as a potential retirement spot, so if anyone has any insight on that I would it appreciate that too.
Thanks,
MHF
