I stayed at both last year. Cleanliness I think Areca won. My pizza being invaded by a army of ants while I was in the shower at LK may be the difference for me. Both places were guest friendly but LK charged a 1000 baht for a 3rd guest.

The problem is the noise! There was a beer bar blasting out some drunk singer every night until 4 am. It was so bad that I won't go there again.
Now I am looking for a similar but quiet hotel near here.

Yes, the noise from the beer bars at the corner of Second Road and Soi 10 is terrible.
How about Sea Me Spring Too at the other more quiet end of Soi 10? It's in the same price range and gets good reviews.

I have booked there for 2 nights in February and I have sent a message to see if there are safety deposit boxes in the Superior rooms.

The room I have booked had a safe.

I stayed there last April. It's a nice hotel although a bit worn down, it could do with a good going over with paint and varnish. I was not impressed by breakfast as there was little western food which I prefer to start the day. The rooms are nice with a fridge, kettle, armchairs and desk. The bathroom had both shower and bath with a big opening screen between the bed and bathroom.

On their website safety box is listed only for mini suite and junior suite. Also on booking.com the safety box is not listed for standard, superior and deluxe rooms.

Yes not only that, it is also mentioned, superior room don't have locker box. It's crazy.

Anyone know anything about Page 10 hotel? Thinking of spending 8-9 days in Pattaya. My last stay was only 5 days staying at Baraquda will be costly for 8-9 days.

On Flipper House official website and booking.com all rooms are clearly listed with private bathroom, I just checked on Agoda and their "shared bathroom" is just an error because it's simply impossible that a superior room not have a private bathroom.

Ricky I tried replying to your message last couple days but your inbox was full. In regards to Nemo's, all reviews say its guest friendly and I heard good things about it on my last trip. According to a guy I might no fees for a 3rd or 4th guest. I haven't tested this yet but plan on it in 3 weeks.

Sorry mate, now it's cleared, I am planning to book flipper house. Nemo will check again.

The information and pictures on booking sites can be very misleading (especially Agoda in my experience).
I always double check on the hotel site and Trip Advisor.
