Shared bathroom is mean you have a bathroom in the corridor and shared with other guests, this is normal in a hostel.
Flipper House is a hotel and all room have private bathroom https://www.flipperhotels.com/flippe...accommodation/.

I have booked thru Booking.com and the details and pics imply private bathroom. I usually book mid level rooms mainly on that I get a reasonable bathroom.

I stayed in the Penthouse for 5 nights last February. 2 nights would have sufficed. Not filthy but not the cleanest. Breakfast was good. Old hotel and showing its age and it took me 4 nights how to figure out how all the lights turned on and off. For similar money I could have stayed at the Baraquda Mgallery. I think everyone who goes to Pattaya should at least stay one night there on their first trip.

Centara Pattaya Hotel and At Mind Residence are both very near Soi 6, reasonably priced, and have pools.

Mera Mare if you want something a bit more upscale.

I've stayed at Nova Gold numerous times. 3 more minutes past At Mind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool, not so great.

Was thinking something closer, want to be so close that any time I have the urge to wonder up the street I'm only minutes away. I'll look into at mind residences that BB suggested. Is there a front desk at at mind? Can you get two girls into the room?

If you're feeling freaky, the Penthouse Hotel allows up to two guests for no joiner fee. They have large screen TVs with porn, some rooms have jetted tubs, dance poles and sex swings.

Be careful: I used it for a few short times and I always found it not clean, noisy and with showers not well working.

Exactly. Whenever I see a question about multiple girls to a room I just wonder why that guy doesn't just do airbnb.

Just wondering what the experience has been like for guys who stayed in Airbnb properties in Pattaya.

I used airbnb 3 times in Pattaya, always at Unixx Condo south Pattaya. Nice and new one bedroom (small, only 34 smq) fully furnished, everythings worked fine, good wifi, some apartments have an amazing seaview. 2 swimming pool, small gym (very limited equipment), sauna.

Last but not least you can take all the girls you want back at your apartment without any control, no reception, no ID check. So no extra fee if you want a threesome, foursome, etc. Just not disturb your neighbors. There is also a back entrance from parking lot if you want avoid the walk of shame through the hall.

The swimming pool at ground floor is often overcrowded with family and children. Both swimming pool are not well positioned if you like a good sunbath.
