Fiipper House is near 2nd road. Flipper lodge is near beach Road. If you're going for Freelancers on beach Road I'd pick Flipper Lodge, they just did some renovations on it too so it might be better. Either is a good pic and in the middle of beer bars etc.

Thanks for the info, may be I will pick Flipper house as my focus on Bar girls. But Freenlancers will give it a try too, any idea the on going rate for Freelancers? As in BKK outside the street of Nana hotel they quote Bhat 1000 for ST.

Don't presume. Not all Pattaya hotels are girl friendly. This may sound strange in sin city, but it is true. Some Pattaya hotels are absolutely NOT girl friendly and will charge a joiner fee for any girl not on the check in reservation like the Avani (former Marriott) for example. Other Pattaya hotels will charge a joiner fee on the 2nd girl if you take two girls back to your room at the same time like the Areca Lodge. And other hotels are completely girl friendly. (In addition, the amount of the joiner fee at the restrictive hotels varies depending on the hotel policy.) Therefore it is best to either check with the forum here on a specific hotel you have in mind, or go to a girl friendly info website like:

to see if your hotel is listed as girl friendly, or, and this is the most fool proof way to find out, email the hotel directly and ask what their policy is.

Yes, I only presumed those four hotels I mentioned And thanks for the link about girl friendly hotels but some of the data are way back 2015, will it be some of them change policy already?

By the way, can you advise the different between flipper lodge from flipper house? Which one is far better?

I like LK empress but it's kind of a bit expensive but if it will be far better in terms of location to action site etc, I don't mind paying a bit more.

I am always fantasizing taking two girls to my room that can really play together as sometimes or most of the time, they will not be interacting nicely and may be shy between them self that end up fucking one and the other one act as audience or hide in the bathroom until the deeds finished and even will ask to change condom etc.

Yes, correct, what I presume is those 4 hotels I mentioned and definitely not saying all hotels in Pattaya.

I am still searching the BF & girls in Pattaya in general for LT. I have seen some mentioned BF 700 and For girls is 2500? Is that correct? As I am a bit confusing. Will anyone give some info or Correct any mistakes on such rate I just mentioned. Thanks.

The Dynasty Inn allows 18+. Don't know about the other three hotels.

Yes they are.

As I read the forum, I can put things together as:
1) Soi 6 are mostly bar that you can go ST upstairs of the bar with rate: BF 300 , for girls 1000, right? How about LT rate both BF and for the girls?
2) Walking street are mostly bars with Agogo dancers as that of BKK NEP & Soi cowboys. Any info as to the BF & for girls for St & LT as well?

BF in Soi 6 can also be 350 or 400 at some bars. As for all the other rates you're asking for: they are quite often mentioned in the Pattaya thread so just start reading.

3) massage parlour: During my long ago trip to Pattaya, I saw only few Massage Parlour as that in Rachadapisek in BKK, I wonder what location should I focus to cathered this portion for me?

That depends on what action you like. If you don't mind staying in a noisy area with many beer bars and you want to be close to Soi 6 then you can choose Flipper Lodge or Flipper House.

If you like to stay in a more quiet environment and closer to Walking Street you can better choose LK the Empress or the Dynasty Inn. Both get good reviews here but the Empress is quite expensive. I think the Dynasty Inn is better value for money.

I have only 3 nights to spend in Pattaya and thus so excited to plan my agenda there! I have not had any success Bfining in BKK As bars in NEP & Soi cowboy are so pushy on drinks and girls always looking for Jap customers.

A small amount since I had booked only 5 days, but it pissed me off because the exchange rate turned out 3% worse than the one given by my credit card. It's a indirect way of charging more for credit card payment and there was no warning of that on their website on booking.com.

The 4 Credit Card Rules to travel by:

#1 Always select the local currency when paying with a credit card.
#2 Only use credit cards that have a zero fx transaction fee.
#3 Except in an emergency, never use a CC to draw down cash from an ATM - only use a zero fee debit card like the Charles Schwab debit card, for example, to withdraw cash.
#4 Only use CC's that feature a 2% or more reward in points or miles like the Capital One Venture card for example.
