They know what we are up to and won't even look your way for half a second.

    2. The expat community is quite visible, but they seem quite snooty and don't seem to appreciate a younger guy on their turf. If you are thinking of moving here, be prepared for your social circle to be 60+ yrs old and about 50% with some.

    3. Safety here is great, probably he safest place I have been in the Philippines so far.

    4. From what I can tell, the cost of living here isn't especially cheap compared with other places, and you can set up Internet dates for anywhere. Seems like the big draw here for expats is the safety and other expats to socialize with.

I stayed a total of maybe 5 weeks in Duma on two different occasions. I never fucked the same girl twice and got laid nearly every day. I never used the internet but if I went back again I surely would use it. On two occasions, girls came up to me and said that they needed help with money and I was only too happy to oblige. Tocino country will usually have a few girls that pass muster. They are happy with 1000 p LT and will probably accept 500.

Yes, I had to do a lot more pursuing and traveling to get a girl; like going to Karaokes to get phone numbers for the next day. The Trike drivers outside of the Why Not were usually able to line me up with girls when I asked. Out by the Airport just beyond the city limits are maybe three bars with takeout girls for a whopping 3000 pesos. I got phone numbers for action the next day. I found girls at the park and on the seaside promenade. Ladyboys are a very good source of info to find girls. They will pimp their friends.

Yes, the sex scene is not up front like the bacchanalia which is AC. Finally, since Duma is a college town and college students don't have a lot of money, I found it to be one of the cheapest places that I have been to in the PI. That is probably what attracts the expats. Trike rides in AC which cost 100 pesos will cost 15 pesos in Duma and the drivers are polite and helpful.

I am a loner and did not try to befriend any of the oldies but many hang out in the expat bars and they may be a valuable source of info. I never had any college girl but I would not discount the possibility. Finally, I enjoyed Duma in the spirit of exploring different venues in the PI. It is a lot of work going to a new place. However, I can assure everyone: there are plenty of girls in Duma.

Almost all women sell their bodies, some just do it by the month.

    First visit in Dumaguete

Just returning from my first trip in Dumaguete. Needed a break from AC and I enjoy scuba diving so I thought I would check it out. I had heard that there is a sizable expat community so I went to see for myself.

My trip to Manila and Dumbaguete.

I arrived Manila on Nov 7th and departed for Dumabaguete Nov 8th to Nov 15th and left early on Nov 16th Manila to Tokyo. The following is my report on this adventure.

    Cebu Pacific.

No problems here at all, for a Philippine airline, I am a bit surprised. Only drawback is they schedule a lot of flights at around 5 AM and causes congestion at check in. The only other thing was the pilots made a wrong turn when taxing to the Tokyo gate and had to make a you turn back to the intended gate, WHOOPS.

    Night in Manila Nov 7th.

I stayed at the Amazonia down the street from the LA Caf all night for 1250 peso. A bit of a shitty room with various things that do not work but I guess that's what you get when you're a Budget Banger. I took what I felt to be a nice looking lady from the LA for 2000 peso all night, but she gave me that "I am shy" routine. The massage was good, but she kept covering the kitten with her hand. The we did the bunny hop at night and next morning she gave me a massage that was pretty good and a happy ending. I found myself a bit short to pay her the agreed upon amount so we had to make a run to the money changer. After that I just hung out at McD in Ermita the mall, and LA caf till it was time to go back to the airport to catch the Dumaguete flight.

Dumbaguete, From Nov 8th to Nov 15th.

Although this town is much smaller scale than Manila, I still think it a shithole too, just a smaller version of the Manila shithole. Its all there, litter, bad driving manners, smelly sea water, seeming stupid people, and car exhaust smell everywhere. They say it's the place to retire and maybe that is so, but I just do not see it. But plenty of white men and even blacks in that town. Plenty of beggers, and peddlers in that town and at the park.

    Action in Dumaguete.

As the Cups says, BYOB or have something lined up. I had a lady that worked in a city department as my GF for the week. She was 32 and had 2 kids, and had not been laid in a long time and was very active in the sack. She was not a 2 bagger but was not glamour queen either. But she sure loved to get it on and that was a plus. I rented a bike also and she took me around the country side and seaside. She later confessed to me that she wanted to take her clothes off and do it outside and I felt the same way, but it did not happen because she was afraid we would get caught by a passerby.

Was thinking I wanted to make her a more permanent GF until I met her family. Like about 20 members living in a compound owned by her mother. I saw nothing but need throughout this family. I figure if I marry her, it would become their thanksgiving and I would be the turkey. So much for that plan with her. She also failed some integrity test I did to see how she would handle it and react and she did not pass so I began thinking "Exit, Stage Left". But she made some money off me which is fine, perhaps she will use it for her kids. I have not contacted her nor has she contacted me since my last day in Dumaguete.

    Call girl meet up.

I met another DIA in Duma, and we met and partied together and had a great time and she gave me a tour around on her scooter at 2:30 AM. We went to various places and bars. However I was not even able to make it to even first base with this lady even though she was very flirty. She slept at my hotel but did not even shower and kept looking from the bedroom to see if I was peaking on her I suppose. She left that morning about 11 AM and I thought that was the end of that. The next day I got a message from her saying she wanted to stop by my hotel and use the bathroom and freshen up which I agreed to. She came and stayed a bit but I wanted to get to breakfast before 10 AM and had her leave then. I did hear from her on DIA but since died out when I told her I do not know when I be back. I think she was a doll, but she did not want to do the bunny hop with me. Bummer! I suppose if I was there more long term, I could have had a warmer response.

    Mother Theresa.

Another DIA meetup that went south on me. As the nick name says, this one was just not doable, and I did not even try. Coffee and dinner and bye bye. The only place she hangs out other than home is at church.

Hanging out at the Whynot and Blue Monkey with the Cups.

I met with the Cups and we went to the Whynot bar which is one of a few places you can find action. Very Hit or miss bar and I missed 3 days in a row. We hung out at the Whynot, a bit but the Cups had some lady giving him the run around on a meetup with a lady with big tits at the Blue Monkey, we ended up walking away from the deal back to the Whynot bar. For a Friday, there were many ladies but most taken or they were those "Good Girl" types that were there to dance with themselves. To me it's a not a very good place for action and that's whynot. Pun intended. There are a few FLs that hangout in the park across from the Whynot, but I was getting plenty with City worker lady. One FL at the Whynot said she would give me a nice massage and happy ending for 500, but she smoked and that's a turnoff off for me. I walked out while she went to dance.

Sincerely Nice to meet you the Cups, I enjoyed our time together hanging out. I even learned a few things from you too on how to pick up ladies. I noticed that you do like a little coffee with your cream?

Those things that go Hmmm (Rap song).

I arrived at Terminal 3 in Manila and went to the metered taxi stand. I waited 3. 5 hours and still had ten people in front of me and the one way through the airport and other roads around the terminal turned into a parking lot. One guy who got in a taxi did not move more than 50 ft in 30 minutes due to the stand still. I gave up and asked a guard how I can walk away from the airport, and if willing to walk about a 1/3 of a mile, you can catch a white taxi in 3 min. He did bullshit me about a 70 peso heavy traffic surcharge which I gladly paid to just get away from that terminal. My wait in May 2014 was 2 hours. However when I returned from Dumbaguete on the 15th, I did not even look and walked the 1/3 mile to catch a white right away back to Ermita on the 15th. It took me two times to figure it out, but at least I know what to do the next time. Can't believe people put up with this shit, Plenty of whites coming in but only yellow can pick up. A yellow sometimes does not come for 10 min with a huge lineup of waiting customers. Yellow Taxi must have paid off someone big time.

Here come the fire trucks in Dumaguete, there was this Fireman sitting way up top on the truck struggling to put on his jacket with a cigarette in his mouth. I guess you had to see it. In this town, if there is no fire. Well they will bring it with them I suppose.

While City worker and I were returning to Dumaguete from the countryside, there were these two guys on a motorcycle and they had a dead goat sandwiched between them. Dumbass city worker wants to take a photo while driving the motorcycle. I told her in an angry voice I do not want a photo that bad.

Saw two trucks hauling human cargo while riding with City worker. The human cargo all stood up in the bed of the truck five across and seemingly perfect single file. Wonder where they were taking them?

Family of five all on one scooter with child hanging off the side on mom's knee.

    No stoplights in Dumaguete.

Girl rides motorcycle taxi with me and get off about a mile from the airport and paid 10 pesos, but the driver wanted 150 pesos from me.

A lot of old white men in this town walking around with 19 year old looking girls. I guess this is why people retire here?

Honycomb hotel restaurant menu: Eggs, toast with marmalade, fruit and coffee 50 pesos (Good deal) but Eggs, toast with butter (I think), fruit and coffee 90 pesos. Down in the "Extras" on same menu, Butter 15 pesos. I ordered the marmalade toast and butter extra and they charged me 90 pesos LOL. Extra packet of powder creamery for coffee: 30 pesos. I, "Like the Cups" like a little coffee with my cream. Why the 40 peso difference? The waitress told me that butter cost more. Which is a crock of shit in the amount in question.

Cebu Pacific pilot made a wrong turn at Narita in Japan and had to make a you turn to get us to the correct terminal.

At 6 AM and even sometimes at 5 AM, the Zumba dancers or Jazzersize people blast the speakers right across the street from the hotel. I get whoompa whoompa in my room at 5 to 6 AM. I am told they have a permit to do that. But the hotel does nothing about it and care less about their paying customers. Another reason not to stay there.

People just throw their shit in the ocean, all kinds of litter in the sea. I swear these people are Ten hairs away from being Baboons (Lewis Black).

I am walking out of a department store, I am the only one in the area at the moment, I try to go out the incoming lane (No one else is around) and the guard insist I go out the outgoing lane.

Song at the Whynot that repeats "Bubble Butt" about a 100 times. Now there is an intelligent song.

Hey that person is getting off the bus. Well. , at least the driver slowed down.

Both bed lamps at the Amazonia and the honeycomb did not work, Water dribbled out of the faucet, cable TV goes out twice, have to hold the handle for a while to flush the toilet, no place to leave ones toiletries in the bathroom, shitty wifi reception, life is a ***** being a Budget Banger.

    No convenience stores in Dumaguete.

Had a 50 year old lady in the seaside park ask me if I wanted a blowjob.

Fruity beer? You serious? I had a lemon beer and tasted like shit.

The only presentable bathroom throughout my whole trip (Including the Hotels) was the Awesome Desert coffee shop in Dumaguete.

Talked with a lady at the Whynot with such bad breath she could melt the butter at the Honycomb hotel, It really made me sick to smell it. Here is our conversation:

    Me: Say are you Catholic?

    Bad breath: Yes I am.

Me: Hey, who is the pope right now?

Bad Breath: Pope John Paul the 2nd.

Me: Oh?. Say did you know he died in 2005? Maybe its Benedict the 16th your thinking of?

Bad breath: yes he is the Pope now.

Me: You ever hear of Pope Francis?

    Bad breath: No.

(Teenage waste land, its only teenage waste land, their all wasted).

This is one questions I ask of phil folks, about 80% say Benidict, 15% don't know, and the others get it correct. I guess they listen to Bubble Butt too much. Well Franics comes to the Phils in Jan 2015, maybe the % of the Phils folks will get it right?

Yeah I know. It the third world, and I do keep cumming back here.

Nov 15th at the LA Caf.

It took a while but I found what I was looking for and she was a real cutie that gave me great active bunny hop. It was my last night in this nutty country and wanted a real active hop. Boy was it ever so it ended with a bang. I felt really drained and slept till 3:20 AM for my flight back to sex prison Japan.

I met one other that I did in May 2014, but she knew from the 40 peso tip I gave her the last time I want nothing to do with her even if she was a cutie. At least she remembered me.

    End.
    Are you in the military?

    Going to Apo Island

You do not have to get a ticket to ride on the boat from a resort.

I just showed up at the dock and paid right then and there. They got me on the next boat. I had to wait for a while as there is only a couple departures / day.

Going to Apo Island generally means taking an outfitted banca (outrigger) and diving offshore Apo. Mike's Resort at Dauin, which someone else mentioned, sends a boat. Harold's Mansion in Dgte has a large boat with foreigners and their gals. The gals stay on board. That's what I have done with visitors to Dumaguete. Mike's boat had an interesting collection of divers. As for staying at Apo, a lady friend, who went there with a foreigner, advises against it. It's hot, she says, and no electricity. It's best as a day trip.

I am dubious about giving a "detailed report" about a non-mongering point as there has been alot of talking on this site about non-mongering / non-relevant topics which I too don't really like reading.

I think I will leave it at that. I have been to Apo island, highly recommend it. Swimming in the ocean alongside huge wild sea turtles was the highlight for me. Leave it to tripadviser to inform you all in detail.

The falls in Valencia as well are highly recommended. Make sure you do not wear flip flops, and are in decent physical health (ie; cardiac arrest) and you will be ok.
