The resdencia and nicor seem to be all sold out my dates Feb. 14-20. Is there a holiday or something special that I may not know about?

Not sure what log you've been hiding under YM but Feb 14 is Valentine's Day and Filipinos go crazy around that date. All short-time and cheaper hotels and restos are mostly booked out.

To Gofer and RM for the Duma update. I was last there in 2010 and it was pretty hopeless as a P4P destination. From the sound of it I may just check it out again for a week or so aside from the usual AC and Subic.

I would highly recommend you check it out again, why not is brimming with P4P options, I've bagged a few cuties from here and the good thing is that they don't start work till 9 pm when it opens, so if you meet a nice young lady and you click and exchange numbers you can then text her for daytime fun as you will get a better deal than if you take her direct from the club, been there and done it.

Duma also has some great restos where you can really impress you're newly found pinay beauty, I'm currently writing this whilst dining on some lovely Japanese cuisine in Mifune resto in Duma, big expat community here and I can see why, and if you like scuba diving head 15-20 km south to dauin for some nice dive sites, its a great chilled out safe city, easy flight connections to manilla 1 h 15. Happy days.

I found a lot of the old posts dated and misleading and sometimes incorrect for today's options.

To add to RMs info:

I stayed at the Residencia right on the Boulevard. A great location within walking distance to good food and most of the night spots. The only down side was crap wifi so any major down loads or surfing had to be done at a nearbye cafe. I did stay about 30 minutes walk away from the Boulevard for a couple of days but it was a PITA not to be within walking distance of everything. I would certainly recommend that any hotel be on or near the Boulevard to give you access to decent food, night life and freelancers at night. The main shopping area is only two block away when you forgot your shampoo or any other bits.

Why Not is still the centre of the night time action with freelancers available. Prices were 500/1000ST / LT to 1000/2000 for the lookers or if you have noob stamped on your forehead. Dum is home to a lot of foreigners so many of the best girls were already partners of permanent residents but there were still a lot of freelancers available. Beware that there are the usual gaggle of ladyboys in attendance.

It's easy to see why Dum is so popular with foreign residents. It's quiet, peaceful and perfectly safe to walk home late at night. Costs are also very reasonable for both nocturnal and daylight activities. It's a bit small to be a full on mongering destination but if your here it's suitable for both BYO or local hunting.

Stayed at hotel nicanor, a couple of blocks back from the main blvd.

Nice enough hotel paid 1400 pesos for a superior room, no window but good A/C, can bring back chicas as and when you please.

Set up a threesome one afternoon with no issues at all bringing them both straight past reception and straight into the lift.

After 10 pm the staff finish and its the night guard on the door who is totally sound and knows what's going on, he even took me out one night to jackpot on the prowl haha.

I took the aircon bus, solo, from Dalaguete to the south port of Cebu, very cheap, scenic, about an hour's ride, and ferried over to the seaport outside Duma where I was met by Filipino Cupid newcomer who spent three days with me on the back of her motorbike; and at night with her on her back in my bed.
