The end of this week the KOS returns to Panama City to search the clubs and scout for the independents. I will be in for awhile, most likely for a couple weeks to a month, depends on the women. As always I look forward to some variety. I have not been to panama for awhile, but have been mexico city, san jose, and grand cayman. Mexico city sucks, Grand cayman has absolute shiit, san jose has some good clubs, but prices are rising.

WHERE TO RETIRE, PANAMA VS COSTA RICA

Panama City is more expensive than San Jose for the same quality of food, sluuts, hotels, housing, etc. Cheap food can be found in both cities, cheap girls can be found in both cities. But for 20 dollars, you can get a much hotter chick in costa than panama.

Panama has a better retirement program for Americans, and much easier on import taxes. If you retire in panama, you can import two cars every other year tax free in panama.

Panama has much darker girls, costa rica girls are much whiter.

Panama has the dollar which is easy. Costa rica has the colones, 500 to 1.

Panamanians are SCAVENGERS, I mean just crooks, they will screw you any chance they get and not even care. They are some of the worst people I have ever dealt with. The Costa Ricans are actually decent people and they really do not care about money, much more honest and reliable people.

Police in panama are always looking to take money from you, costa rica police could give a shiit about the gringo tax or money.

Surf is better in costa rica, panama has good surf, but too many rock breaks. Less crowded waves than costa, but the surf is better in costa.

Overall Costa Rica just has a totally different mentality than Panama. Costa Rica has a more of 1st world mentality rather than panama, which is and has a thrird world mentality of just try to steal from the gringos.

Even though I am not the age of retirment, Costa Rica is a much cooler country. The people, atmosphere, banks are all much better. Panama is a scavengers paradise. These people are some of the slickest latins that I have even come across, stay away from panamanians.

Costa Rica is a much better country. Please note, I have no vested interest in either country.

The larger Marriott is downtown and you can walk to most locations of interest in about 10 minutes. Or a $2 taxi ride to Miami or GT.

The Marriott Courtyard is away from the action but next to a nice mall.
