Possibly these individuals do not know how to negotiate, do not want to negotiate, or cannot negotiate in Spanish. I fully agree with your comments regarding LE Palace, I didn't partake in any action there on my visit. Scoped out the scene in the area of Don Julio. Much has changed since Habanos days, but Don Julio still draws the chicas. Most start at $200 or $300 per hour. They then will give you a price of $400 or $500 to stay until 6 am. I was offered a threesome for an hour for $150 each.
