Welcome brother. I do not know much about the massage scene but I hear it is not that desirable. Seems there are a lot of legit massage parlors so you will need to do some research.

As far as the street scene, the real street scene is pretty low quality and a little dicey. You could say outside of Habanos / Don Julios has a street scene. If you are staying nearby you can certainly find girls coming or going. Girls have to pay a small cover fee if they arrive at Habanos after a certain time. So there will be girls meandering outside who do not want to pay.

The real street scene is closer to the Casco area. I wouldn't recommend it for the most part. It is not high quality such as Bogota's Santa Fe.

There are some buildings such as at Plaza Cinco de Mayo that operate similar to Chongos in Peru / Ecuador, but again low quality. It is a little bit of a rush to walk through those buildings and see the edgier side of our hobby. Girls (temporary immigrants usually) actually live in these buildings. Many work at Bocatorena or in the service industry nearby. They spend part of the day with their doors open for business when home. You can usually get a beer, boot clean, snacks, and other things in the rooms rented by men. It is a different world than hanging at the Trump Casino for sure!

I would not recommend using any online sites if you are there for only a few days (I hate using them anywhere). There are WAY TOO MANY girls out and about every night to waste your energy doing that. Plus many are fake pics as everywhere.

Get your nerves up and go to Bocatorena after lunch. It is not as rough as it looks or seems. Grab your girl of choice and point at the door where the rooms are at. No need to say anything. Just have $15 ready and be ready to pounce.

After you do your daily stuff hit either Habanos / Don Julios or The Trump Tower Casino (Ocean Sun Casino connected to JW Marriot) after dark and pick your choice. There will almost certainly be a selection of 8-10's to grab. (Read what I posted recently about negotiating).

They will almost never have their own place to go to. If you stay at the JW Marriot the casino girls are easy to bring up. Other than that it is very fluid and changing with chica fees ect. Seems crazy to get an $80 hotel and rack up chica fees. Just spend $150 at JW and don't worry about it.

Girls from Habanos will go to the hourly place around the corner. I prefer to have my own room with my own drinks, condoms, lube, party favors, and shower at hand. Girls may stay and hang out a little longer if you care for them to if they are comfortable and not at an hourly place.

There are enough guys who get one solid night after a business trip who will go to these places and pick the hottest girl in their mind and pay whatever. Guys who do not get on this board or care how much it costs for their once every so often habit.

The problem you run into with negotiating too hard is that then the girl is somewhat hostile. They will be rude and rush. So it is a give and take on negotiating to keep everyone happy. I have found that instead of playing hard ball I will go to Bocatorena. If I am in a generous mood then I will go to these other joints and negotiate lightly. To each their own, but the freelancers in Panama have somewhat of a union and keep themselves accountable for their selling power.

Sometimes when you can not get the price down where you want it, then try to throw in add-ONS for the lowest price they set. Such as photos (sin-cara / no face) and BBBJ. I wouldn't waste your time on trying to get them boozed or party favored up, as it is rare that these girls get just hammered on the job (an exception I have oddly found is girls from Cali, Colombia party on the job a little more than others).

If you are set on getting a rock bottom price you will have your best luck finding a girl by herself (not in a pack) and early or late on a weekday. It sounds dumb that girls give a high quote on Saturday at 11 pm when places may be packed, but its just how they roll.

Habanos / Don Julios girls are starting negotiations at $200 per hour typically. They usually will not go below $100. There are always exceptions. If a girl took $60 she would be shamed by the others and embarrassed if they found out.

Trump Casino / Ocean Sun casino girls will typically do the same price range.

Bocatorena is always $15 though!

A recent Sunday night at the casino 8 pm there were about 10 girls there and no potential buyers. So you are left with girls trying to hit a home run for the week by getting you for $300 or a girl sitting at a slot machine you can get out of there for $80 if you are lucky.

The JW which is connected to the casino has no chica fee. Just take them right up to your room. There are enough men there paying for women that often at the taxi area there may be 4-6 girls waiting to go home from the hotel.

Everyone was wearing masks everywhere. I mean everyone and I mean everywhere, except private dwellings, their own hotel rooms and while eating. If you go out without one, first thing that will happen is everyone will stare at you like you have five heads. I went out without a mask by mistake and that clued me in that something was wrong and I ran back to my hotel room to grab my mask.

The police take a very dim view of tourists violating Covid laws in general. Back nine months ago or so when they still had curfews and the like, tourists caught violating them were thrown out of the country after being detained for a few days / weeks in a Panamanian jail. I don't recommend you play games with any Covid requirements in Panamá.

I am not sure but it appears they changed their policy. Pre-covid we stayed there twice and never had a guest fee. This sucks.
