Ok, here's a report for Panama City:

I travel there on business every few weeks and I've been sampling my way through the town. I've got to agree that PC is chock full of hot women and it is not hard at all to have them. I tend to hook up with only one per trip, due to work constraints. My Spanish is poor but workable, and that's what I worked with.

So far I've been to Oasis twice and to the Caribbean Center. I have the cabbie drop me at the Hotel El Panama and walk around the corner. It's in a strip mall, you walk down to it; it has a lit sign and there's usually a barker out front. When you go inside, it's a parlor room and all the ladies stand up. You pay the madam and pick one and she goes with you. My advice is to take your time and wait for one who smiles at you - there's a tendency to want to pick right away, since everyone is standing and looking at you.

They seem to be mostly Columbianas. One thing about Oasis is that when you specify 'servicio completo' ($75) when paying at the front, the girls seem to act a little dismayed, which may just be an act, but is a little annoying (and no, it's not me, I'm reasonably attractive).

The first time at Oasis I got a great classic latina girl - thin, long dark hair, named Vivianetta - very nice, like 8.5. When I picked her she did the dismayed thing and hugged her friend, then came with me, although the second she got past the curtain her attitude was like 'you paid to do me, and I'm just fine with that'. She takes you to the room, which is very clean - they seem to be sticklers for hygene there. Ask him to take you to Plaza Mirage on Tumba Muerto. If you're coming from El Centro, Golden Times will be on the far side of Plaza Mirage back from the road, and you might be able to see the sign on the door from Tumba Muerto.

There's a good chance he's going to think you're going to GT, so I'd tell him something like you're meeting some friends at a Chinese restaurant inside the strip mall, if you're going early. If you're going later when the mall is closed, you might tell him you're going to McDonalds (across the street) or, better yet, the gas station just past the Plaza, which is closer to GT and open 24 hours.

this page is a bag of mixed feelings, personally Ive never use it, the prices start I think around $80 or $100 an hour to $150 an hour for vip, if Im not mistaken from the last time that I called to inquire.
There have been several reports of bait and switch for them, but I think photos are kinda accurate according to a previous photos from a girl from that service, which BTW doesnt look quite good at all.

Hey fuckin latino take care of your words. I won’t comment more on this but at least be honest with the people; the price that you advertised (15 per 15 mins) is only for locals and also the Capri bar is located in a dangerous sector for non locals. I have Panamanians friends and they advise me that this place could be dangerous especially if you don’t know Spanish.

If anybody has told you this, they could be saying it just to try to keep us gringos away from the pretty nookie to be found at Club Fenix. Well, it won't work on me. I've been, and would definitely go again.
