I don’t understand Club Miami at all, especially given the alternatives. I find it ridiculous to put up with the music, the pushy broads, and the over priced drinks, just for a back room bang for $6 more than it costs across the street.

I actually like a lot the typical panameña--a unique afro-latin mix. The chocolate skin, large breasts, and round butts are really appealing to me. I see a lot of Halle Berry’s walking around here. But you’re right about the attitude. Whereas in other parts of latin america, your typical younger woman you see out on the street is going to offer a shy, if not coy, smile, here you’ll get a blank stare and maybe a mumbled “wuenodia” if you’re lucky.

So it is probably about time that I stop lurking on this board and instead share some of my experience. I work for a US company that has lots of business in Panama, and as consequence I often travel down here for a few weeks at a time. Right now I am on one of those trips.

A few disclaimers upfront. First, Panama is the only country that I've worked my hobby in. Over half a decade ago I used to travel extensively in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, where as a single traveling man in my late 20's it was incredibly easy to find non-pros for casual relationships. Let's say that I was spoiled relative to Panama, since I am finding the short-term non-pro action quite difficult. In my opinion, Panamanian women are not very good looking relative to other latin women. They often can have smoking bodies, but really funny looking faces. There is an exception, which is the upper-crust of society, called the rabiblanca, but they move in their own little social bubble and as far as I can tell don't even recognize that anyone outside their clique exists. You can see cute girls working the lobby in your hotel or whatever, but relative to let's say Lima, they aren't going to be interested in flirtaceous banter. It's really off-putting, and so it has led me to P4P.

Life Girls Spa: This is on Via Espana next to the Rey Supermarket. I had my first experience with P4P here, with a blonde from Medellin named Carolina. This was nearly a year ago, and I haven't been back to see if it has change, as suggested by an earlier post. At the time, there wasn't a cover, and it was a small place that appeared to be frequented by locals or travling latin business men. They have a stage for dancing, but dancing isnt' really the point. About six-eight chicks have been working when I've been there and they will come by and try to chat with you. Chica drinks are 14 or 15 dollars. When I visited the first time, Carolina was dancing and stirred something deep inside. We talked for a bit (I am fluent) and after she let me feel her really, yet large boobs, we agreed to go to the back room. Back room was 90 bucks at the counter. She gave BBBJ and 69, and had one orgasm apparently orally before we even got started. She gave me two services and we laid around afterwards for awhile (I am big into the GFE and she has been the best to date). And she was the most mercurial of any of the chicks that I've been with. I told her I need to hit the ATM, and didnt return. I don't recommend Miami.

Elite: I've had the best private lap dance of my life here (oral sex on her included). And the chicks will give you digits, if you can do it subtlely. Work has kept me from following up the next day, but this is more of an eye-candy place. Careful, because this is the one place where the ladies know English, so you can't talk around them. The chicks are really flirty, really hot all are 7-8.5.

Le Palace: For a young, low-budget guy like me, this place is weird. First, the women are by far the hottest chicks in Panama, and they are all in white lingerie. But they aren't like Elite in that they don't approach you and they don't build up the fantasy. The women could all be Hawaiian Tropic models, but I've yet to talk to even one when I go in there. But smoking hot!

Royal Elegance Spa: This place is almost impossible to find. On Via Porras as you go towards the ocean, you'll see a Shell gas station on your right. Directly across the stree you'll see a gravel track leading through the hedges. That's the place. The owner told me he gets lots of Navy guys in, and he is well advertised in the gringo papers. But I can't imagine how anyone would find it. It is 24 hours. The first time there were like six chicks, and none were greater than a 5. They looked like they had quite a bit of mileage. I left. Recently, I went as 6 AM after striking out for non-P4P at the discotecas. There were two chicks in towels that had just got out of the sauna, and one was a cafe-au-lait skinned Panamanian that reminded me of a girlfriend from Ecuador. I paid 65 for 30 minutes. Cristal Moon: This is down by the old center of town (Cinco de Mayo plaza). It is a dance and take out place. Caribbean Center: Also in El Dorado, near the Fridays and across from the DoItCenter. +40 high-mileage ladies in here. Supposedly it is 20 for a massage and then you negotiate extras inside. Nothing interested me here. There were like 10 women here at night.

El Mayor, etc: There are three brothels in the fishing dock part of town. This is an extremely sketch area. I got a hustler from El Cangrego who wanted to take me here. It was mid-day on Saturday. The first two places were packed with dudes drinking and seriously high-mileage/hard-luck women in the back. In La Mayor, cover is 2 dollars, but I think that you get a beer or something. There was police protection and the place was jammed with working guys getting drunk. They have nude dancing, and there was a smoking hot Dominican? dancing, but she got snapped up as soon as she got off the stage. My "guide" wanted a rather large local girl, and I saw my out. I gave him the 10 bucks and ditched him. This place was really sketchy, and I wouldn't recommend it, unless you are seriously horny.

La Bodeguita, etc: In my experience, La Bodeguita is full of seasoned pros. I didn't dig it very much, and the girls were asking for 100. I didn't see the benefit, as they were not as hot as the women in Oasis, Life Girls, etc. I took a number, and called the chick a few nights later. Her name is Isabela, and she was not quite as hot when I picked her up from in front of Habanos. Naked, all of a sudden she grew a big gut, but at least she had nice hoots. She gave CBJ and decent sex, I paid 50 dollars for the hour. But I don't recommend this experience, as I don't really see the value.

I did some searching on the web and found an article written by a local NGO about the status of working girls in Panama. Prostitution in Panama is well regulated and the Colombian girls come on special "escort" visas. A condition of their visa is that they have weekly medical exams (this story has been corroborated by several girls). If they have an STD they are treated and cannot work until cured. They are deported if HIV+. The girls all practice safe sex, and get safe-sex education. The result is that the rate of STD in managed prostitues in Panama is lowever than the national average for all women (I think that it was 0.3% vs. 0.9%). The health ministry does monthly sweeps to ensure compliance and places are shut down if their papers aren't in order. That is another reason why I like the formal place. I just wish that I could find a girl that wanted to be my girl on the side from one of these places. I.e. I am too cheap to pay 60-90 bucks a night to get laid all week long. If any of you other Panama City regulars know something that I don't I'd love the advice. I am in town until Thursday if anyone wants to troll with me. Give me a PM.

In my experience and opinion you are offering some pretty sage advice. I think, however its important to differentiate between the semi-pro Colombianas that get into the "business" for a short period of time to pay off a debt, or raise money for their child and the hardcore Colombianas that work the "circuit".

By the "circuit" I mean those well-worn travel destinations that all the Colombiana regulars know - all too well. Costa Rica, Panama, St Marteen, Curacao and Aruba. If as a monger you stay in the hobby long enough, I have no doubt that you will make it to the shores of at least one of these destinations at some point and quite likely more than one. When you do, you may well see some old familiar faces, as the same line-up of Colombian working girls pass through and make their plans and schedule their flights to move along to the next one.

These hard-core pros (you are absolutely correct Trottle Buck) have no elusions of marriage or of love but rather are looking for only for money. They are the girls that can "run with" 3-6 clients a night, shower, eat, sleep and then get up and do it all over again.

This doesn't necessarilly bother me, because at times this is exactly what I'm looking for. A pro who knows her business and can completely "drain me" but at other times I'm looking for more of a gfe. To find a true GFE you'll need to travel to the motherland - Colombia, because a true girlfriend isn't likely to travel off of the mainland for business.
