I paid 8.00 for a ladies drink,(Sangaria) last Monday night, Still not crazy expensive, and for 22.00 for 15 minutes the 1/2 hour charge of 44.00 is still good. I also found plenty of street action could be had.

Paid a regular visit to the Gruta Azul last week.

Nothing has changed much since my last visit. 8 - 10 hostesses, mainly Colombiana, varying from 6 - 8 IMHO. The work is performed in 15 minutes increments.

The place is clean and to my old eyes SAFE. The parking is well lit, with a privacy wall. The customers are mainly locals... so Spanish is a MUST.

Only difference I noted is that there is no more cover charge.

But quite honestly you don't need it. Finding a woman who is a 8, 9, or 10 is not difficult at all. This is not the USA. There are beautiful, friendly women everywhere and they all want you (well, they want what's in your pocket to be specific – but that is a minor, irrelevant detail). Point is. Your problem will be not be finding a hot chick. Your problem will be trying to choose.

This report is a few months old, but figured I would share.

Background-- After three days in Bogota and then three days in Medellin, I made my way to Panama with a good friend of mine. I have taken multiple trips to Panama. Some have been extended trips, others short. I have several good expat friends who live there year around.

Hotel-- We opted to stay in an AirBnb again. We found a nice apartment in Casco that fit two comfortably. There was no doorman or anything at night. I had previously stayed in the Veneto and other AirBnbs in Panama. So far AirBnB is my favorite, but I would be open to staying at the Hyatt Place as well. I will never stay at the Veneto again because of the chica fee and security are the-heads.

Food-- Typically I would eat lunch at the fish market near Casco. Sometimes I would try a random cafe or grab food at La Rana Dorado. Dinner would generally consist of heading over to the area that Veneto and Habanos is at to meet friends. Food in Panama is typically never great, so I don't make a big deal about where we eat.

Chicas-- After lunch every day I would go to Bocatorena. (This is my routine the last several times in Panama) I would get a few beers at lunch, and then walk in the door to the right and get a beer at that bar. For whatever reason, I always find better girls on the right side, even thought its darker. It usually has more girls there anyways. The girls here vary. Most people rate them 3-6, but often I find a 7 or so in my opinion. Most people know that it is $15 for 15 minutes. Some girls try to charge $20. You can pay an extra $15 if you are not done to extend the time.

There are usually about 10-20 girls in there at lunch time on weekdays. By late afternoon, that numbers swells to 40 plus and continues to grow through the night. The number of Venezuelan girls here is growing. Also, very few girls here speak English, in case that is a problem for some.

I have never been a fan of La Mayor, which is next door. I know some people think they are hotter, but the selection is much lower and the beer is more expensive.

Habanos is as expected. Everyone knows how that works. It amazes me though how I keep running into girls that I've seen working there for over 5 years. The same goes for Veneto.

The sketchiest place we go is in the middle of Santa Anna. This is straight west of Casco and on your way to Chorrillo. (We have been to Chorrillo several times, there is no secret chica heaven there. Don't try going, unless you are with locals you fully trust.) There are several stripper type bars off Avenida Central in central Santa Ana. I forgot the actual street name, but I wouldn't recommend going anyways. The girls are very low quality. The prices are similar to La Mayor.

I prefer to hunt and browse, so I have never made an online arrangement through any of the websites. I have had luck a few times with local, non-pro girls that I have met at bars around Casco. I also had decent luck meeting girls from Tinder, but that takes a lot of time and effort.

Ill be back again soon. Panama is my favorite place for mongering. I have been all over Mexico, Central America, and Colombia participating in the hobby. Sure prices are better in some places and Colombia is the source many of us love, but Venezuelan girls are actually my favorite for whatever reason. Panama has a lot of those working and non-pros running around.

Other factors come into play in Panama being my favorite, but for now it sure is. I don't look for much of a real connection or GFE experience. I like knocking out twelve of the 15 minute quickies in a long weekend, and then partaking in one or two Habanos girls. If I hook up with a free-be local chick in Casco, then its icing on the cake.
