Returned to Panama City after spending the week in Bocas. Picked up girls out of Habanos again both Friday and Saturday night. All of the cute ones are Colombian-and many to choose from. I did duos both nights-paid each girl $100-which was bit on the low side-but I was paying for two of them. Best time was Saturday I really liked this busty chick Joanna from Medelllin. As you walk out of Torres de Alba, turn left and it is on the corner, within sight of the Veneto. There are lots of choices in the Veneto as well I just preferred the setup in Habanos.

Also, Veneto has a decent sports book with a ton of monitors-so we were able to watch College Football games on Saturday afternoon and early evening. I wish I could head back to Panama tomorrow-but alas-must wait till next year. Bocas del Toro makes for a nice side trip for those interested in something different-45 minute flight-beautiful beaches-very inexpensive and decent bars and restaurants.

Had to venture over to La Mayor to get the "real experience" of a local. Out of town fisherman, etc. All I can say is that this place makes Tijuana look like a 3 Star Resort. It's in a dangerous area on the border of the "secure area" so be EXTRA careful, and DON'T get in a taxi with tinted windows. You'll get robbed or worse. Walked in to a very full bar, with locals buying $2 beers and girls with bikini tops walking around. $25 will get you about 15 minutes in the dingy back rooms, where you can hear many others right outside your door. Columbian girl, about a 7. 5, with a decent body, but with only 15 mins to spare and no "warm up" time, you need to be really horny, hard, and ready to plow her. We go into the room, she immediately gets naked, and expects you to perform. I don't know about most of you, but Junior doesn't get hard just by telling him to. VENETO. Stayed at the Veneto and the bar was full of chicas. A big assortment of sizes, shapes (ass & boobs) , ages, personalities, hair color and nationalities. Starts early but fills up more and more the later it gets. Pulled 3 different girls. One each from Panama, Columbia, and Peru. All were fabulous, although BBBJ is a bit difficult to arrange. First, a little intro. I've been playing the game for some years in the US, Latin America and Europe. New name here as I haven't posted for a long time and the old one disappeared. I prefer the regular and steady to the thrill of the chase. I'm also unencumbered of relationships at home and self-employed so my options are wider than many. I have a working girl in Panama City who I see every 5-6 weeks for a long weekend. A mutually beneficial relationship, if you will. I've been to most of the Panama City hunting grounds but I'm not Dudley searching for my Bo so I can't tell you the hot spots for chicas this week. Where I may be able to help others is with what to do with a girl when you're spending more than just a quality hour in your hotel room.

El Rinconcito Colombiano on Calle 50 is a large bar / club / restaurant that's the hangout of many Colombianas, working or not. It is the place to be when Colombia is playing. I was there for the Chile game last week and raucous doesn't begin to describe the atmosphere. Fridays are usually a DJ with Colombian bands often on Saturdays. Weeknights are pretty quiet when there isn't a game. Many regular and working girls. But the working girls hang out with friends or are here on dates, not looking for them. You can meet regular girls here if you're fluent, my friend met one and went out with her later last week. Buy a yellow team shirt beforehand if you go to a game.

The strip center just toward the downtown area from Rinconcito has a dance club that's also supposed to be Colombian. Haven't been but it's supposed to be good and will report if I go.

Onza Steakhouse is at Calle 53 why Ricardo Arango (Antiguo Snob Shop) in Obarrio. It's a few blocks from Habanos but easy walking. Good food, very good service and there's an equally good French restaurant upstairs. Lots of business people spending company money and affluent Panamanians. Dinner for four with a few drinks has run a hair under $150.

Across the street from Onza is a brand new Holiday Inn Express that is just opening now. I know nothing about it except that it's brand new and a couple blocks from Habanos.

In the Calle Uruguay area, we ate at Market, on Calle 48 Este (of Calle Uruguay) last weekend. Hilarious Spanglish menu with salads to burgers to steaks. American baseball on TV. This is somewhere to go for a decent dinner before hitting the nightclubs in the area. Significantly cheaper than Onza.

I've been to Rosa Mexicano on Calle 47 Este a number of times. Upscale and not cheap but a nice place with very good food and widely spaced tables for private conversations. Same cost as Onza.

Next door to Rosa is Starlight Karaoke. DJ and dance music between karaoke sessions and then dancing after midnight or so. None of the girls we've been with will get up to sing alone but they love to sing along with others.

My friend and I have been the only noticeable Gringos in all of these places so don't expect the staffs to speak much English.

When your chica wants you to take her to Multi Plaza / Center for a little shopping, make her take you to the closed-to-vehicles part of Avenue Central. MultiPlaza and MultiCenter (and Albrook) are where people with money shop. Avenue Central is where those without it go. Let her drag you down the street bargain hunting while you look at all the other women. Near some unsavory areas but completely safe during the day.

If you need something to do on a Sunday afternoon during an extended refractory period, check out the old town area. Touristy, but still cool with the oldest buildings and views over the water. Lots of places to eat and drink.

To avoid AT&T's outrageous rates I bought an $80 no-name Android on the Digicel system. All of the little cell phone shops will have them or something similar. A $10 card takes care of voice and data for the weekend and I was ahead of AT&T on cost after the first trip. Note that data service must be arranged separately after you enter the card. Connect to wifi and download the offline Spanish file for Google Translate. Girls seen to prefer Blackberrys because they all text like demons and they like the physical keys. But they're all also on WhatsApp and that's what I use to communicate with my girl in Panama and at home. Note that when a girl wants to talk, she'll text you and ask you to call her. This is normal as the caller pays and the receiver talks for free.

Finally, never get into a taxi without first negotiating the fare through the window. 100% guarantee of a metaphorical ride if you don't, especially late at night. Your girl will probably do this for you as a matter of habit and she'll know the proper fares.

I thoroughly enjoy Panama City. I call it 'Latin America Lite. ' Almost all the flavor of 'real' Latin America but with a lot fewer quirks and annoyances. Will report more as I learn it.

Spent last weekend in Panama City. Stayed at Torres De Alba-rented the penthouse on the 24th floor in the new tower. Highly recommended. And chica friendly and the girls loved it. They copy the girl's passports when they come in-but no big deal. Went to Veneto and Habanos. Both packed with lots of girls Friday and Saturday night. Preferred the set up at Habanos. Almost all columbianas. All shapes and sizes from 4s to 9s. Ate dinner at Beirut on Saturday.a stones throw from Habanos. Belly dancers. Good food- a fun place before Habanos. Checked out the strip club above Habanos-not worth it- more fun downstairs. Better if you approach the girls as they generally just stand around waiting for you to Talmud with them. Pulled two girls out of Habanos at about midnight-agreed on $100 each for 2 hours. Gave each a$20 tip as they were great fun. My buddy paid $150 for a gal from Medillin who spoke English. Many of these girls have kids.

Been in I Bocas del Toro for several days. Back to Panama City again this weekend. Will be back at Habanos on Friday- can hardly wait. The selection is awesome-I did not see any need to go elsewhere. Will report on this upcoming weekend.

I just came from Panama City, where I have to travel every 3 months or so because of work. But this time I stayed at the Veneto. I spended three nights there and I was able to see that the real action starts arround 8:30 p. M when all the girls stand or seat by de casino bar. On my way to South America, I overnighted in Panama last Saturday night where I had about 20 hours to spend. I had mongered a little there in the past but had never stayed at the Veneto, which was a short, unusually traffic-free trip from the airport and had good service and nice rooms. When I made it to the casino at 9 PM, there was a fine selection of attractive women, mostly Colombianas, which was just what I was looking for. There were about 25 girls, and I spent about 40 minutes browsing and chatting with the 4-5 that, by my standards, were the hottest in the room. It's all good when you're having a tough time choosing because of high quality. I've seen recent posts about the declining quality at the Vento and hassles with police, but on this night, all was mellow, and, having mongered in Rio, Medellin, Mexico, and Ecuador, I was more than pleased with the quality. Is the veneto still got girls?

Veneto still have plenty of staff. Doorman balances buyers and sellers so when the casino is full all the sellers will be allowed in, otherwise they have to wait by the side entrance. There is negociation that can be done there.

The police has taken position that NO girls can wait outside the main doors of the casino. I guess it create a bad first glance of the area, in the old days (last year) you could have up to 20 girls waiting and smoking their cigarettes out there. It gave the place a very cheapo look.

Since the raids of mid September, the staff has changed. Lots and Lots the then new comers and semi-regular have disappeared. To my chagrin I must add. Today old time regulars are still there, IMHO the quality has been down drastically. Hoping when the high season starts again end of next month things will back to normal.
