No issues with security guys at high rise buildings. They don't care. I recently stayed at ph seawaves high rise building through Airbnb. It's 2 minute walkable distance from Habanos and La palace. Very safe location too.

Hey all,

New member here. Just got back from a short trip to Panama City and I thank anyone who contributed with excellent information. I had crazy schedule so I mostly scouted the area in the night, next time I would plan to go there for a longer period and I'm sure there can be a lot of crazy fun. Here are some things I tried that might be helpful to others.

La Place.

Went there one night around 11 pm. Lots of girls but they keep on a distance so it's hard to judge how each one looks. Drinks were pricey as far as I remember (more expensive than Habano's, don't remember details I was drinking quite a bit in the nights). Shows suck. Boring and nothing much happening. Also long breaks between the shows. In the 30 minutes I was there few girls approached and I took one for a table dance. Should be $14 and happens on one side of the room so not much action. The girl was very good in dancing, contact. And rubbing. Quite fun, but I was tired and can't speak Spanish so I'm not sure what happens in the back or if you take them out. I thought you pay them for the dance, so I gave her $20, but when I wanted to leave the bartender tells me dance is $15 (although $14 is written on a flyer). I didn't care so I just gave him $15, but would not come again seeing there are way better options for getting girls and strip-club experience is non-existent.

Tantra Spa Panama.

Wanted to try happy ending massage (no sex), but couldn't find this place. I'm sure I was at the right number (#30), but there is no sign and no-one opens when you ring. Maybe closed.

Valuptatem spa.

After seeing the above one closed, I googled for another place and this was a few min walking distance. Went there and as I was explained there is no sex in this place (could be that is just what the owner says, don't know). He is a nice guy, gives good information. I go with HJ massage. The girls are a bit bigger than I though, but are nice and playful. Massage was very good and atmosphere relaxed. She played a bit downstairs while massaging the back, then a bit more on the flip and excellent technique to the end. I felt really rested and relaxed. Would repeat if massage + HJ is what I wanted.

Habanos / Alejandro.

Went to both bars, but Alejandro was relatively empty when I walked (there were 8-10 girls, but not much else probably as it was too early and I didn't return) so I went to Habanos. I total I went there 2 nights, just drinking and looking at the girls. I had a lot of fun just checking the atmosphere. This was one of livelier places in the neighborhood so that's why I came the other night just for drinks. There are girls of all types (except maybe Asians, but I could also miss due to crowds) - basically heaven to choose from. All shapes and sizes. As I usually prefer to have fun in the afternoon before dinner / alcohol, I didn't try taking anyone home in the night. If I wanted to take one from there, I would probably go there one night. Get numbers and then arrange meeting them tomorrow. There are also girls around corners, etc. They probably don't want to pay the Habanos fee (the ones inside seem to have a wristband). Drink prices are probably expensive for local clubs, but are normal if you come from US I guess. In general food (at the places I ate) was more expensive than I thought, but was very good so I didn't feel strange paying $5 for beer or $7-10 for Whiskey (something around that).

Trump Casino / Marriott Casino (next to Habanos).

Both casinos have working girls, but selection is smaller than Habanos. Still few did look very nice. Probably better selection in Trump. Visited Trump one mostly for the view, Marriot just because it's so close to Habanos. Trump rooftop has decent happy-hour Mon-Fri where you get buy 1, get 1 free for a number of cocktails.

Red Lion.

There are some nice dressed girls working as waitress, but not much going on. I came for bar atmosphere, hoping there would be people. It was Saturday but was very empty. Few male groups would come and also leave relatively soon, but it didn't seem like any action happens there. In total was very empty for Saturday which was surprising / disappointing.

Panescorts (or other online sites).

Decided to try one girl during the day (which I prefer) so I went through standard online pages (Panescorts, etc.) Some girls take a while to respond so maybe try to plan a day ahead if you are particular. Few took more than 24 hours to reply so I missed them. In the end arranged with one that responded quickly. She quoted $80 for hour standard service (BBBJ, CFS), the price increased to $150/ hour for all the extra things arranged. We agreed for afternoon time and she texted me 30 minutes before to confirm. When she was around, I went down to lobby and just brought her up. No questions, maybe due to the hotel (Las Americas Golden Tower), maybe due to time (afternoon) or the way she was dressed (regular girl). The photos were fake (both on Panescorts, other webpages with same number or her WhatsApp), but the verbal description she sent was correct. She was gorgeous small girl with fake boobs and maybe fake ass. The basic services were excellent. Amazing BJ and she responded great during sex not trying to rush when I wanted to switch positions, etc. For some extra stuff, I guess she is not used to them so it didn't go as nice as base services. I would prefer she was more open about that, but I guess it comes down to money that she didn't want to miss out on. In all, session took 50 minutes when I sent her home. Would repeat the basic services for price quoted again. She didn't speak English, I don't speak Spanish so that might have also been a bit of a problem with specifics. I guess I should learn some Spanish for the next time.

Hope this helps someone, this wasn't a real mongering trip but more quick exploration with busy schedule. For a real mongering trip, I would focus on online things or collecting numbers from Habanos and then meeting girls in day time (I believe this also helps with chica fees or I was just lucky).

Solid Advice. The little bar next to Habanos is where I spend most of my time. I grab a small table outside buy, a bottle and drink there. If I want to take a stroll around Habanos I buy a beer at the same bar and walk around. There is also a guy that sells fresh empandas which are excellent. If you are a drinker like my friends and I its a significant savings buying drinks from the bar right next door. If you want to go to Hababos they are connected.

You will not have to worry in Panama as 99% of the girls will require you to wear a condom anyway. The Colombians, Venezuelans, and Cubans at Habanos and Don Julios all insist on covered sex so enjoy and have fun.

I have been mongering since about 2014 and for the first few years used condoms. The last couple of years I've been using them less and less but plan on going back to using condoms outside of one or two women I bang regularly.

I prefer Alejandro's any day over Habanos. Everyone is going to Habanos now and taking out a girl and going straight to Alejandros and drink at 1/2 price and then taking the girl to Alejandro's VIP room for $30 per hour. All the taxis are recommending that us gringos do that. I love my cigars and the cigars in Alejandro's are real. You are even encouraged to check the authenticity code under each box if you are in doubt. I did the same in Habanos and the cigars are not real. I recommend that you do the same and see for yourself.

I've been to Habanos a number of times and there are ALWAYS a few very nice trophies there. Not a majority but always something. My problem with Habanos is what was described in a previous post. No air conditioning so you sit there sweating your twins off and spending way too much for drinks. Just not my scene. I have yet to try Alejandros but I will this next trip (in 2 weeks). I'm a resident in Panama but took a break from mongering for awhile. I had a few too many drinks watching the Raptors game and found myself craving some attention. I rolled up to Habanos and sat down at the tables along the railing. The view was great but it's boring now. I'm sweating my nuts off and paying for overpriced drinks. The cigars aren't bad so that helps balance things out but at the end of the day it would be nice to grab a girl. Have a few drinks and hit a spot on-site. I did the walk of shame and chatted up a few girls. Got some numbers and eventually changed venues to Alejandros since that seems to be the new spot. Gents it was definitely a pleasant surprise. It's located right next to Hooters. As you roll up there is a large patio with tables and a few screens. Not to mentions a dozen or so girls eye-fucking you as you walk in. I walked around the venue to find the washroom. I was even more pumped to see the inside bar. DJ was spinning live and it felt air conditioned. I started chatting up the server Laura. She showed me the VIP rooms and so I thought. Damn. This is going to be trouble. I told her to set me up a few drinks in the room and come join me. The space is super private with a washroom, sofa and big tv. But forget all that for the moment. If you find a girl and the service is crap then it doesn't matter how good the venue is. You probably won't return. Thankfully. Laura was off the charts. Great attitude. Skinny. Light skin. Checked all my boxes. Obvious YMMY but you should receive what you want. After we finished. I went onto the patio and sat at the back table not realizing that was the boss's seat. He came over and actually wouldn't let me leave. He was kind enough to buy me a couple drinks and offer a cigar. Then he even pulled a new girl over and gave her the 'people's eyebrow' to ensure service was off the charts again. Thank you Laura. Live in Tampa, FL and there's a direct flight on COPA that makes it so easy for a long weekend. Tons of clubs and bars with chicas but I'm not that price sensitive and I like to gamble so casinos have been my hot spots for chicas. Pricey but I've found them to be extremely clean, professional, very hot and not clock watchers. I've stayed at a number of hotels and visited all of the casinos. For those of you like me, here are two recommendations.

1. The old Trump Tower hotel (now a Marriott) with attached casino. Chica's galore, especially after 9 pm and the hotel didn't question me even once when bringing one back. Expect to spend $2-3 but worth it IMHO.

2. Panama Hilton with attached casino (StarBay? Nice hotel and nice casino. Stayed there once and got one chica. However, I've since learned that they charge a $100 guest fee if they suspect your amiga may be a worker. Staying there again in 2 weeks so I'll confirm. Frankly I don't care that much because the girls are so hot and the rooms are great but many mongers are more price sensitive.
