Checked out haberneros (Sunday) after 6 pm, it is a bar with only two table of girls with 3 and 2, respectively. Sunday 4 pm, Bocatorena, 20-30 guys waiting in a bar, not a single girl to be seen.

Yes, Panama has revealed themselves in 2020 as an absolutely bat shit crazy CoViD tyranny! They had people locked into their friggin apartments for months, not even allowing them out on a stroll! They gave women 4 days of shopping per week and men one day less. And only 2 hours per day if your cedula or passport number matched (and even that was confusing so Police could always extort you anyway). It was INSANE! And they are still requiring masks outdoors and have still severe restrictions on hours of operations. And at any time any hick-up of the infection rates they might decree total lock-down again!

Most of us know what $ is accepted everywhere in Panama and from what I read their local currency balboa is only used as coins I. E. < 1 USD. Not clear if this currency is just used as a change in small denomination or because it is less preferred. Also what I am not clear about ATM cash withdrawal. When I travel abroad, I avoid carrying much cash and I withdraw from ATM at destination based on requirement and need, including Mexico. But in Mexico, when you use ATM, it splits out local currency. When I went to Germany, it gave me Euros. Question is, when you use ATM in Panama, and want to withdraw $100, does it give you local currency or USD.

PA currency is the USD just renamed. Not even re-branded. You get the real USD bills. I never carry huge amounts of cash.

Only problem you need to be aware is that since CoViD and since Panama has been taken over to be little more than a protectorate of the CCP and all the globalist shit has destroyed the formerly free banking scene there, now they clamped down on the ATM daily limits. It's ridiculous, but I hear you can have trouble even withdrawing $500 on one day.

I think its because during the daytime, there is little opportunity other than through skokka or panescorts. At night, they have one opportunity to catch a sale. The pretty ones go fast, so if you are interested you have to get her number fast. Some of the girls come back for round 2 but most are done for the night after 1 round especially if they worked during the day.

I'm a night owl, so have been getting there late, around 10 pm. And been pretty surprised at how little the girls I talked to seemed like they wanted to work. So far, in my experience, girls at Don Julio want $100-140 and are mostly willing to negotiate down to 100, but that's mostly as low as they'll go. One time had a girl that agreed to 80 for an hour. The price doesn't go lower than 100, even if you ask for half an hour, they basically just quote the same minimum of $100. Seems like they have some collective bargaining agreement and have decided $100 is the minimum.

Plus you pay $25 for the short time hotel, so around 125 minimum.

However, apartment girls are typically 60-80 for an hour and usually 40-60 for a half hour. And sometimes I see the same girls that are quoting 100 at Don Julio's quoting 60 to me on WhatsApp. And they have a place, so you don't have to get a short time or push hotel.

The last three times I went to Don Julio's ended up leaving and calling an apartment girl, as just didn't seem worth the upcharge.

Anyone have thoughts on how girls at Don Julio's are almost charging double and staying busy?

They only made me sign her in, and made a copy of her ID which they said was for my security.

Does anyone know, if you are from the US how long it takes to get through immigration now with the pandemic? I know I have to do a test 2 days before and if I have it then I don't have to wait for the test that they do at the airport upon arrival.

Also everyone loves Habanos (now Don Julios) because you get to see the girls ans talk to them but there are a lot of other options. At the casinos especially Ocean Sun Casino, there used to be girls. Veneto used to have a lot but I heard they closed and Berit used to have girls as well just hanging out. The other option is panescort.com and skokka.com. The girls are less likely to get away with catfishing because they are there to make money and then get back to their home country.
