From 24th August we will no longer be restricted according to cedula number. But will continue to be restricted by gender.

Which means Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, men will be allowed total freedom all day. WOW after 6 months.

Night time curfew still in effect. Also Sunday is lockdown for everybody.

Bars *Habanos* still closed.

Patience everybody today we still have close to 600 new cases.

El Ministerio de Salud de Panam anunci la flexibilizacion de las medidas de movilidad en las provincias de Panama y Panam Oeste. Se elimin la restricciand de circulacion por horas segun numero de cedula, y se mantiene la movilidad en dias especficos segun el genero. LaS mujeres podrand circular LOS lunes, miercoles y viernes; y LOS hombres LOS martes, jueves y sabado, de de 5:00 am A 7:00 pm.

Starting on the 17 Aug. The NGO's, some construction sites, barbershop and hair salon, curb side delivery from retail shops and car sales will be allowed.

El ministro de Salud de Panama, Luis Sucre, informo que a partir del lunes 17 de agosto se dar la reapertura de algunas actividades econmicas en Panama.

Entre las actividades que se reactivaran estan las relacionadas con Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG's), obras pblicas y privadas con avance significativo de ejecucion, salas de bellezas y barberas; tiendas de venta al detal y companias de venta de autos.

Please check Immigrations and SANITATION requirements which continue to be VERY strict.

Los vuelos internacionales de aviacin comercial y general de pasajeros se mantendrn suspendidos en Panam.

La Autoridad Aeronutica Civil emiti una nueva resolucin que prorroga por 30 das ms esta medida. El plazo ser contado a partir de las 11:59 p.m. del 22 de julio de 2020.

You all still on total lockdown there?

Still locked down tight.

Some businesses have reopened mainly those governmental or the likes are somewhat working. No construction, no hospitality, no dentists, etc.

Airport still closed.

I am still restricted for my sorties to gender and passport (cedula) last digit.

The number of newly affected case is always growing, we are averaging 1,000 per day out of a country of 4 MM, that is a lot. Total of 40,000.

So we survive.

Seems drastic but we went from an initial +/- 200 new cases a day to 400 when the relaxation started.

And now we are up to 600 new cases per diem.

That is a hell of an increase in roughly 4 weeks time.

I don't like being incarcerated but understand the purpose.

You will be able to exit your residence from 05.00 to 19.00 hrs. Restrictions as to gender will be eliminated.

The curfew will remain in effect during the dark hours.

Bars will continue to be closed.

Meaning that incall or outcall will be a possibility during the day for those interested.

You guys have any luck with BBFS / CIP with the girls from Habanos? Just like other places, I always ask what is included upfront, and negotiate this. But curious about your guy's success here on this when taking a girl TLN.

Several years ago I met a young lady at Habanos, she was from Colombia, her husband had recently been killed by the FARC and she came to Panama to make a living. BBFS, CIP, GFE all night with her, she was gorgeous and she stayed with me for two more days. I went back a couple of years ago, took a girl back to my hotel, discovered it was the same ladystill looked great, but had been hardened by the business, BBFS, but it was not anywhere near as great as the first visit, no more sense of GFE. That first time I had met her 3 days after she arrived, and I was the first guy she had spent that much time with since her husband. It was sad to see what this life had done to her.
