Did you try the La Mayor next door? Not this forum, but I read somewhere just recently that the room are bigger and better there vs La Bocatorena. Didn't talk much or did comparison on selection of chicas and supply / demand. Anybody else on this forum got insight on La Mayor?

Stopped in once for a drink way less girls than Boca about the same percentage of cute girls as Boca, about 25% the rest were old and / or fat and ugly. But only about 20 ladies there compared to 75-100 at Boca...

Question is, when you use ATM in Panama, and want to withdraw $100, does it give you local currency or USD.

ATM gives you us $20 bills.

Most of us know what $ is accepted everywhere in Panama and from what I read their local currency balboa is only used as coins I. E. < 1 USD. Not clear if this currency is just used as a change in small denomination or because it is less preferred. Also what I am not clear about ATM cash withdrawal. When I travel abroad, I avoid carrying much cash and I withdraw from ATM at destination based on requirement and need, including Mexico. But in Mexico, when you use ATM, it splits out local currency. When I went to Germany, it gave me Euros. Question is, when you use ATM in Panama, and want to withdraw $100, does it give you local currency or USD.

The local currency is indeed called Balboa, but is just that, called. There is no actual paper currency called Balboa. Only small change and its even called a cuara (slang for quarter). The flowing currency is the USD, and all atms will dispatch in USD.

Hi gents,

I'm heading to Chile next week but will have a 12 hour layover in Panama City. I'm be there from 7 am until my flight at 7 pm.

Are there any mongering recs during this time frame? I know hobbying is best at night but since I'll be there in the morning and afternoon I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. La Habana Is only a night scene right? I can't imagine them being open during the day (but if they are then great!

Definitely want to be able to hook up with some ladies before I fly to Chile.

Back in PC for a few days. I've been dropping down to La Bocatorena each evening. Not a gringo in sight! No problems to be had. I've never seen anybody kicking off in there. I walk 30 minutes from where I'm staying. Sometimes quite late. Never a problem. That said, the last time I was in PC a few months back, got talking to a Panamanian and he told me that he was tackled by 3 guys one night after leaving the place. Not sure exactly where they caught up with him. I tend to walk at pace. Never hang around. So would be hard enough to corner me to begin with. Other than that, I'm tall and well built (couldn't fight to save my life but hopefully they're not to know that!

As regards the girls, there's not a bad selection. Many not to my liking. Guess that has to do with central and south american tastes! That said, there's always a few good ones. The rooms are pretty shitty in the back. But again, par for the course in central and south america. Price is cheap as chips but not much time allowed. I did take one girl to the pension for an hour the last time. Was 50 dollars for the hour. All in. In the mood to do that tonight if I come across the right chica.

As regards the rest of PC, I'm not even going to bother going to that spot in the centre. I guess most of you guys are visiting PC due to business. Banking or whatever. I simply don't want to pay those sort of rates. Heading on to Colombia shortly so will be spoilt there. PC (for this hobby and in general) too rich for my blood.

I've been in Panama City for two days with a friend.

We've been the two night at the Habano, on Tuesday and Wednesday night. You should not go there before 9 pm, cause before there are a few girls and not the cutest one. But around 10 pm it's just crazy, beautiful girls all around you.

Most of them from Colombia, a bit from Venezuela, and some locals.

We both took two girls every night (one by one). The Cutest girls start at 200 $ an hour, we manage 120 $ or 130 $.

We were staying at the Sortis hotel, and we had the bad surprise that they charge us 66 $ per girl! Next time I'll go to the Marriott for sure.

But we had a lot of fun with the girls, I've been with 2 Colombians (one I repeat the two nights) and one from Cuba.

My chica from last trip is recommending Principe but it has no fridge in room, no breakfast, nor a gym. Coral has all 3 features! Also she probably doesn't know I will be having other chicas over besides her I can't imagine she would be so naive to assume otherwise but again she 'recommended' I register her with hotel as my novia!

I walked by Gold Fingers and Golden Time around noon and early afternoon. Gold Fingers was definitely abierto. Golden Time looked open as well.

I was surprised to see this not reported here. It was reported on http://www.wikisexguide.com/wiki/Panama_City and a few days ago I checked it out. It looks indeed closed. I was there at around 11 AM and then at 4 PM again on a Thursday, it should have been open at that time. Their web site is still there http://www.oasispanama.com/ and promises good stuff for little money. I thought the nice thing about it was that it really just started with massage, i.e. , you could go in and for inexpensive just test the waters / chemistry and if she manages to get you heated up, you could close the deal, at least that is what I understood. But now they are closed. Or did they move? Location I checked was Via Veneto, i.e., just straight from Av. Espana, about 3/4 of the way through on the left. The sign is there but "Abierto" is not lit up and the "girls" under "Oasis" is painted over.

I can also confirm that the Veneto is closed, for now at least. Perhaps for renovation.

I walked by the locations of Gold Fingers and Golden Time around El Dorado mall but didn't have time to enter. What I don't like about those is that you commit immediately to FS and then you are stuck with lousy massage and impatient cold attitude, as I have read.

In addition, there are many hotels in Panama City that do not charge a chica fee. Including a ton of local hotels (not the big names). Coral suites, costa, metro etc.

People tend to focus on Marriott, Hyatt, etc. Think a little outside the box. There are plenty of hotels in Panama and a bunch that do not charge a fee.
