Everyone was wearing masks everywhere. I mean everyone and I mean everywhere, except private dwellings, their own hotel rooms and while eating. If you go out without one, first thing that will happen is everyone will stare at you like you have five heads. I went out without a mask by mistake and that clued me in that something was wrong and I ran back to my hotel room to grab my mask.

The police take a very dim view of tourists violating Covid laws in general. Back nine months ago or so when they still had curfews and the like, tourists caught violating them were thrown out of the country after being detained for a few days / weeks in a Panamanian jail. I don't recommend you play games with any Covid requirements in Panamá.

How is Panama operating right now in terms of Covid rules? I heard they still required masks everywhere. True? If so, is it actually enforced? Thanks.

Cartagena currently is my spot. But looking to try someplace new. So how are the prices I Panama for the chicas? Low price for me speaking a little Spanish and high price for a gringo with no Spanish.

Currently in Panama staying at AC hotel and Habanos is still rocking, but a little low key than pre-covid times.

Yesterday, got a beauty from Colombia around 11.30 at night, but while entering the elevator, the night shift guy blocked our way and made me sign a voucher of $55 for guest fee. Even though I have booked the room for 2 people.

That ruined the mood for the night!

What's happening to AC hotel? Did anybody else face this issue?

I am not sure but it appears they changed their policy. Pre-covid we stayed there twice and never had a guest fee. This sucks.

I have had good success in the past with panescorts.com.

Have been burned almost all the times using escort ads in Panama. I would rather go to Habanos and negotiate!

I was there a couple months before Covid shut everything down. It's located just on the outskirts of "The Old City"; not hard to find during the day. I was probably the only Gringo in the place, when I went. I didn't feel threatened at all. The majority of the girls are good enough, but few speak any English. Some girls mingle, while others just stand and pose outside the short-time rooms. If you see one you like, grab her, because she'll be gone if you look away.

During the day there are always people walking around the streets in this area and in my opinion is safe. Not sure what it is like at night.

The bar is actually safe just be careful of the neighborhood.

The bar is a dump, but I have had many great times there.

You can see anything from a stunningly beautiful girl to one that is a 1 on a scale of 1-10.

For the price, it's the best value place, I have ever been!
