I am looking for some help regarding hotels in Panama City. Does anyone have any info regarding the Sheraton Four Points on Calle 53 Marbella? Is it close to the Veneto-Habanos area and chica friendly? I greatly appreciate any help that is provided.

I was there last week and hired a taxi for 10/hr to drive me around to all the clubs/mp's. Alot of places put a sticker on your shirt to signal you came by taxi so it means you pay more to the club or girl will ask more to offset taxi referral.

Elite, $30 all you can drink, exit fee for girl was 120ish (don't recall) girls wanted 200-250 for multi hours. I was there on a Sunday so there wasn't too many quality girls there but I pulled a girl out for 250 for TLN 6 hours. I will have to go back on a weekend when there are more girls.

Cotton, $20 gets you 2 drinks, exit fee depends on how many hours you want girl. I guess if girl makes it back to club or not but it was 190-290 plus girl which I didn't bother asking any cuz all the ones I wanted were with someone or at leaving but heard from waiter its 250 multi hours and 500 for TLN. Definitely the most expensive club but the nicest interior of any club I've seen, has multiple theme rooms. A lesbian room which two girls do a show for 30min for 200. A sushi bar which girl lays down on table with sushi all over her, 30min for 150. A shower room with girl 150, a bedroom which is 400 plus what girl wants. Multiple private dance rooms. Its huge so the place looks really empty which maybe 8 guys in there when I went. Girls there all had great bodies 9-10's, but faces from 7 to 9. Best to get # of girl in private dance room imo to avoid club fee. Taxi gets $50 so girl will ask you for more so best to walk there.

Le Palace, forgot fee but had to pay drinks and exit fee 120 to take girl out. This place is smallest club but the quality was better than Elite and Cotton imo. The girls have better looking faces and there were at least 30 when I went. Place was pretty packed with 20+ guys. Girls wanted 200-250 for 2 hours. I had a bad experience with the girl I took out, she wasn't into the moment when she started giving me HJ in bed she started watching TV, I lost total interest when that happened and wanted her leave though I didn't tell her to. I ask her what she wanted to do and then she said she had to get up early in morning to go to clinic and started getting dressed. I gave 60, said here for your clinic and taxi but she wanted the 250 and started arguing saying we agreed to 250 when in fact we agreed to 200. I said no way, no complete, you want to leave, and it was 200 and your here only 1 hr. I got on the phone and she didn't want to wait around and left. I would go back there and if I see her there I plan on throwing bunch of 5/10/20's to the dancer on stage. If you go there by taxi, they'll get 50 so walk there or else girl will ask for more.

Club Miami, had total lame girls there the night I went. 15 girls, 5 of them were asleep on the couch and 1/2 of them were chunky. Door fee is buying minimum of $10 of drinks. Rooms in back for 95/hr. I stopped in during the day since they open at 2pm. They wanted 350 for 5 hours. Ended up with a really cute girl and did her in the back room for 95. She was good but buzz kill when said in the room no sex for 1 hr straight and then ask for tip at the end. I wouldn't go back there.

Golden Times, had the great selection of girls. 20-25 7-10's. 95/hr or 350 TLN. Like others said go there when the open so you get to see all the girls working and TLN is same price no matter what time you take them out and they're suppose to stay till 4a. M. Took a girl out, total hottie, 5'3 with huge implants, def 9. 5. I wouldn't srepeat as she was not gfe, no kissing, mechanical but good thing she's hot. Ask the english speaking host which girls he would recommend. I would go back there to get girls for TLN. By far the better deal compare to clubs and selection is better imo.

River and Oriental Spa, stopped in and was disappointed at selection.

Carribean spa had a decent selection, 80/hr or 350 for TLN. I would go there as a back up.

Royal Elegance, really low end place but had 10+ girls ranging for 5-7. I wouldn't go back.

Crazy Horse, small club but didn't like any of the 8-10 girls there. Maybe I'll stop in again.

Veneto, had some cute chicas at the bar upstairs but I think freelancers are a bigger risk so I didn't bother just wanted to look though LOL. The spa next to it had low quality girls, the restaurant across the street had 3-5 girls when I looked. Bunch of street walkers by the casino also.

All the girls I met were Columbian and are there for a period of time before going back to Columbia for school etc. All very business like, not so much gfe. CBJ is really a deal breaker for me but it didn't seem like anyone does bbj so just delt with it. I offered a few girls propina for bbj but all said no. One girl told me every Tuesday all club girls have to go get a check up at a clinic and get their id card stamped or else they can't work. Maybe thats why they're ultra safe. Panama is a good city as a short trip since its a short flight but on longer vacations I would not go there. I'm debating on going back since bbj is not common and forget about greek. I recommend doing what I did and hire a taxi to take you to these spots just to have a look. I hit all these spots in 3 days LOL. I might have missed some good spots if anyone can fill me in on them.

Does anyone remember the massage operation in El Dorado just down from Niko's? It was on the bottom floor of a commercial center.

El Dorado is now down to 2 massage joints. The one in Caribbean Center that opens early but is fairly thin on quality and Golden Time.

Are there any others in the El Dorado area? I only have 1 more night in Panama.

La Mayor and three other clubs:

All taxi drivers know location. Tell them CASCO VIEJO--LA MAYOR.
There are four clubs in a row here, all same owner. The first is called La Mayor. Cover charge here of $1-3 depending on time of day. This gets you one beer. The other clubs have no cover. Beer is $1.75, chica drinks $2.50 of which the chica gets $1 cash on the spot. Rooms are upstairs in all the clubs. Prices are $10 for 15 minutes/$20 half hour.Sheets are changed daily whether they need to be or not.
Most girls are columbian,some dominicans,some locals.These prices increase at night in La Mayor to $15-$25, but stay the same in the other three.

I went here three different times over a two week period and always had a great time. Although I was the only gringo present, no one ever was rude and I never felt I was in any danger.

If you see a chica that you want to try, do not hesitate as some are snapped up quickly and seem to disappear forever.

I had one bad experience here with a chica that was not pleasant to be with.

I wish I would of known about "River Club" before I wen down there. I did a search and still didn't find much about it. I guess with the location they are very discreet. I REALLY over paid for Oasis. I think it was all total about 110+ tip but I was spending other people's money so it took the sting out of the price. In fact, even though I had a descent time with my first Colombian I really got up thinking damn I should be charging you for this. Looks like I will try Le Mayor in Casco viejo this weekend. I'll be in PTY for 8 days, and I can't see paying 60 or 80 for a 6 or 7 massage girl when I've pulled 9's out of the veneto.

Also guys do your homework and talk to the girls, many times you can find Panamanian college students in the veneto or Fiest casino, trying to earn a little cash to pay tuition. If you talk a little and develop a feel, you can get a great girl for $60. The university is 2 or 3 blocks in back of via Argentina.

Last week I landed Wednesday evening around 10: 15 PM. One of the guys at Las Vegas hotel offered to pick me up since he was off, and he and his brother gave me a brief 'guided tour' from the airport to the hotel. When I worked this out with him over the phone the day before my travel, he quoted $25 and I was fine with that. He also offered to be available for anything else I needed, which is nice. If an employee of the hotel works with you 'on the side', it's unlikely they are going to scam you or put you in harm's way, so there's a comfort factor there. As this was my first trip to Panama, and arriving late at night and not wanting any hassle or wasted time, this suited me fine.

By midnight I was trolling the Veneto hotel, but I could barely saddle up to the bar. Too many people, most of them guys who seemed to look at me as some type of competition (surely not any of you guys, tho). I observed probably 15 girls who clearly were unattended. My favorite of the lot, though, never reciprocated eye contact and when I casually said Bueno walking past her, she looked away from her circle of chica friends only long enough to give me a U. S..type look that says, "do I know YOU? " And then she turned her attention back to her chica circle at the bar. I thought, WTF? But only momentarily. I like to travel to small towns, Cuernavaca MX for example, where I can get service for 8 dollars to 30 dollars at a couple of spots. I never spend over $100 total even in the US. Overall, I found Panama City to be a nice affordable experience. I was a 26 year old traveling alone and didn't run into any scams. I will be returning in September. Have fun.

How complicated is it to get to Oriental Relax or River Club from the TGI Friday's in El Dorado?

I will be in PTY this week and always go to the Golden Time.

River Club and Oriental Relax are my MP's of choice. I live in Panama and prefer to stay in El Congrejo because it is a convenient location has several nearby eating places and is secure. Golden Times is the best by far but it is inconvenient to get to from El Congrejo at night because of the difficulty to find a ride back when you are done plus you have to get rid of the taxista when you arrive by lying about your destination to avoid being charged an additional $10 by the MP.

River Club and Oriental Relax are just a short walk down Via Espania behind Blockbuster in a parking lot. Both are just fine but my personal preference is Oriental Relax. Maybe it's because at my age after I have a relaxing massage and copulate to take the edge off I want a no hassle return to my hotel to sleep.

On the other hand I start the evening at Monolo's on Via Venetto people watching and enjoying a low cost meal. There are freelancers there if you care to negotiate. Oasis is across the street from Manolo's but the problem here is at night there is a crowd of people outside trying to get you to go there. There are usually 2 or 3 dodgy black hookers standing outside aggressively trying to take the business away from Oasis. That is not my scene.

I got my money fromthe bank so I know its not counterfeit just change your money as much as possible to avoid having the hundred dollar bills sometimes its hard cause no one wants to change them but your best bet is a REYS'S supermarket or the hotel. Panamas not bad lots of beautiful women at the clubs go check them out.

I dunno about you guys. But in the larger Panamenian stores were I was in 2005 I could pay with my Dutch debit banccard. (you know with 4 secret pin numbers) In most cases the payment procedure was free of charges. And if not it was 15 US$ cents or something like that. Not realy a biggie I think. You can also use your credit card. If thats an option for you. I only used my credit card once. And that was when I rented a car in david. Back at the time you also could rent one with cash money (! ) but for me that was too much of a hassle so I used the credit card.

Anyways. It's GOOD to avoid walking arround with 100 dollar bills. 5, 10 or 20 bancnotes should do the trick. Change large notes into smaller ones before you go to Panama.

In many places (airport, hotels etc.) they also except euro bancnotes but these fucks will cheat you with the rates:.(So best to use dollars or pay with plastic.
