I have been at Veneto 2 nights now. I've been looking for ways to beat this and I see and have heard some things. I'll write about that as I find out more.

Until then I paid this stupid fee twice now. Here is one of the receipts. The reception guy says it is OK for the girl to come and go with you up until about 6 AM. There doesn't seem to be a set hour of expiration. If you leave with the girl to go eat somewhere and come back you show the receipt to security.

You could probably bring in a different girl with the receipt, or bring a girl upstairs for your buddy using the receipt, etc. Or you and yoiu buddy fuck the same girl, whatever you want.

A picture of the receipt is attached. It wouldn't be hard for devious people to make their own so called receipt.

To much work to dodge a fee they shouldn't be charging, especially since the Veneto is a dump now. Best to find other lodging.

Are they still charging a chica fee at the Veneto. I booked a room for the weekend. Should have RTFF be I did. Guess its to late to worry about it now. Was wondering if you use the elevator down stairs in front of the sushi bar if they will still charge the fee. Will have to walk by the front desk so will probably still have to pay the fee. 40 dollars is a high tax to pay. Is that every time you take a girl up? Usually like to have 3 a night.

I have been in Veneto about 4-5 times in the last two years. This chica fee is BS. I already reserved my room there for this weekend. I could probably cancel for free, but I'll probably suck it up this time.

When I was was there in June I brought my own girl from Colombia for a few nights. We arrived together from the airport, later we went to Mexico for 2 weeks.

Anyways I checked the girl in with me, and about half the time security would really bother me about the girl. I didn't know about some new chica fee. I was wondering why they were so strict and being assholes. Normally I'd be very stern and angry with the security and tell them she is my girlfriend and she checked in with me, but in English or my bad Spanish I don't know if that was clear. But I'd have my Colombian girl tell them. Only one time the security insisted I go to the front desk. I was pissed. I walked to the front desk mostly to complain, and I noticed later the security guy followed me to the front desk. The guy at the front desk understood me well and checked that I had someone else with me and he waved to the security to say I was OK.

I made sure to leave an online hotel review about them treating me and my so called girlfriend like this.

Fellas, I'm looking at going over to Panama for a quick trip soon. I'm specifically into brown / caramel completed chicks with big bubble phat (not fat) asses that are real. These types would probably be described as black Panamanians. My question is how many of these typs are available? Are they all over the place or are they few and far between. I've mongered in a lot of places so I'm a pretty seasoned monger. I just want to know what I'm getting myself into. I see a lot of reports on Colombians who are not are ally my favorite. They seem to all have a ton of plastic surgery and are very business like which I don't like.

What do you guys think? Can I find black Panamanians with nice bubble phat asses pretty easily there? Or will it require a bit of work? Let me know what you think. Thanks!

I've always seen at least a few in Veneto. I was there in June and seen a few. I've been to Panana about 4 times in the last 2 years, and I'll be there again this weekend.

I brought my own girl last June, so I didn't know Veneto is charging a fee now. And now a tax on gambling? Veneto will go down for sure.

I'm one of those guys who got into trouble in college for smoking a maryjane. Was doing a connection through the USA customs took me to a room and finger-printed, and took my mugshot. When I objected, U. S customs told me I have no rights and they can do whatever they please.

I am not sure what it is in other countries but, something like 40 percent of all american men are arrested for something by age 35.

About 30 percent of All american men are convicted, plead guilty, or plea bargain to some sort of crime by the age 35.

Granted a lot of these are Something very minor like driving on a suspended license or marijuana posesion but, its really a huge number and for a country like Panama to keep out 1/3 of all American men when they are trying to promote tourism and establish themselves as a world leader for Commerce and banking is a huge number.

Also, trying to find out from the Panamanian embassy / consulate what crimes constitute denied entry is next to impossible. You would think they would widely publish the information to avoid John Doe tourist from wasting time and money coming down only to be turned away but they do not. Other countries (ie: Canada) do not either.

Sorry I am not trying to turn this into a Legal discussion but, if this new policy by Panama holds true and they continue to enforce it this issue will impact a lot of people on this site.

If you're looking for another report about fabulous experience with a 9 pulled out of Habanos, hold on a day or so and I'll give you a report about a non-fabulous experience with a 9 pulled out of Habanos. Along with some reports about satisfying times with girls from Backpage and Bocatorena.

If Bocatorena makes your palms sweat because you think it's dangerous or dirty or just too local, read on to someone else's report about his fabulous experience with a 9 pulled out of Habanos. And notice that no one ever seems to have names or digits to give up for these fabulous 9's. But, if you enjoy the sights, smells and sounds of truly locals-only, low-rent mongering experiences, read on as I've found one to the max in PC.

The place is best described as a hooker apartment house and I'll call it Dynasty as that's the name painted on the building who knows how many years and purposes ago. It's in the Plaza Cinco de Mayo and is serviced by the Plaza Cinco de Mayo Metro stop. Taking the subway to a cheap venue is, by the way, the epitome of low rent mongering.

The place was discovered by my PC-based friend who is a Spanish-fluent blonde-haired gringo. He was taken there a couple of years ago by his married Colombiana girlfriend for a late night drinking session with her working girl friends. He said the girls were friendly enough but the place was foreboding with locked doors, stairwells for toilets and not completely friendly local guys. For me, the perfect place for an adventure.

Looking at the photo, the entrance is an unmarked stairway at the bottom of the vertical yellow stripe. Look for the faded Joyeria awning on the far left side of the photo. We first showed up at about 10:00 on Friday night and were told that it's only open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. So we appeared again mid-afternoon on Saturday.

As we started up the stairs to the first floor, I commented that it sounded like a lot of people up there. I was right, the place was like a block party for hookers, clients and people wandering off the street for the party. Inside it's a half oval with open air hallways or walkways overlooking an open courtyard. If you have a really vivid imagination, think of a bacchanalian HoJo with walkways filled with hookers and clients overlooking the pool. There are 10 or 12 apartments on each of three floors. Each apartment had, I would guess, 4 to 8 girls working out of it. Each apartment has a steel bar security door outside of a regular wooden door. On Saturday, all of the security doors were open whereas they were closed and locked when my friend visited two years ago.

One of my major complaints about Boca, and even the high end places, is that few of the girls bother to even fake appearing happy to be there. This place was different, it really was like a hooker block party. Music coming out of various apartments, occasionally overlaid with rhythmic moaning or outright screaming. Girls eating and drinking, dancing, hanging around their own apartments accosting potential clients and walking around. Guys wandering around eyeing the girls. A truly upbeat party atmosphere on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

Needless to say, we were the only gringos in the place, possibly the only gringos since my friend was there before. But we were welcomed by many of the girls with open arms and legs. I don't know how many times we were stopped and propositioned by the girls as we wandered down the walkways. The most negative reaction was from the girls who simply ignored us. The Panamanians clients were friendly enough too with several talking to my friend and nothing negative.

The girls, you ask? Think of the mix of girls at Bocatorena and you'll have it. Probably some of the same girls working here during the day and at Boca in the evenings. Obviously no 20 year old 9's but variety for pretty much any other taste. No one particularly tickled my fancy although several did molest various body parts. Since I decided to have the full experience, I settled on a younger petite girl but was foiled when she was snatched away in front of my eyes and I didn't want to wait for her to reappear. My second choice was Brianna, a dark-skinned, Latina bubble-butted girl from Medellin. Not my type at all, but, when in Rome. The going price seemed to be $20 for a short time. The apartments are all variously built out inside with 8 by 10 foot cubicles, each containing a bed and nearly enough room to swing a pussy. Enjoying the doggie view of her bubble butt with her bent over, I negotiated a reasonably priced upgrade to the full Greek cruise experience. Everything covered, of course. Not the best, not the worst, but fine for the price.

I'll be back on my next trip to PC. Even if I have to go alone it's safe and friendly and I can't think of a better way to spend a few afternoon hours and get a little action in PC.

No I did not bring back more than one girl a day. One lady I brought back more than once the second day she did not need to register. Each girl must register registration consist of nothing more than making a copy of her ID.

As we all know things are constantly changing. My experience at the Corel suites end of August 1st part of September. I registered for two people may contribute to my experience. Other than making a copy of the ladies ID no problem no cost. Once they have a copy of the ladies ID she can come and go as she places. I brought in multiple girls over my stay. No cost.

It's about 25 bucks for new chica later that day or second day. So would add up to same cost of Hyatt Place which is a very nice and newer hotel with great employees. Regarding TLN the going rate is $200. Not every single chica is willing to stay overnight however so will only want to do short time for $100. I've had less attractive girls drop to $80 or $70 as the place empties out but personally I'm not interested in that class of chicas. I've had super hot chicas refuse $100 and one even refused $150. Although I did notice her looking for me later that night after I had found a suitable replacement LOL.

Did they ask for guest name upon check in? Were you required to pay for chica fee on your first return?

I walked in and out with a bunch of girls. I was only asked to register one of them. The staff basically just looks the other way. Hyatt Place hotel has also totally done away with the 15 $ chica fee.

If I ever go back to Panama- I would stay at Hyatt. On the other hand-I would not even stop to [CodeWord140] on the Hard Rock if it were on fire. Fuck that place! 105 $ chica fee and a bunch of rude assholes running the hotel.

Thats a real shame. Canada does the same thing and more and more countries are doing this. If the crime you were convicted of happened more than a certain number of years ago you can apply for some type of exemption or pardon from the Panamanian govt. So that you can travel there freely again. Its not an easy process though. I'm wondering if this was a random check. I'm assuming they can't check everyone but, of course why risk it.

Imagine a family traveling there for vacation and the dad 20 years ago was arrested for smoking a joint or something. They are going to deny him, embarass him in front of his wife and kids and kick him out. Its a terrible rule.
