Thanks to everyone here, I had a good time in Panama City. As promised here is the trip report.

Planning: 1st thing is I read this forum in detail. I started with setting up a Seeking Account and got in touch with some local and pros. The pros are almost all from Columbia and you can find same on panescort. The locals are not as good looking as Columbians. Mostly ask from $300-$500 for 2-6 hours.

Stay: based on the information I stayed at W-hotel. No charge or issue with bringing the girls.

Transportation: I used uber for most of the time beside the city tour and getting to hotel from Airport. Uber is easy and I had no issues waiting for them for long.

My first day I had a Local girl from seeking visit my hotel. Decent looking all natural and spoke decent English. We spent few hours together for $300. BBBJ and rest covered.

Next day I called a girl from panescort, nice Columbian, fake bolt ones. Got BBBJ (extra $20), and no rush service. Total damage $130. I had to work so did not do anything in the evening.

3rd day I took a city and canal tour in the daytime. At night I went to Ocean Sun Casino, not much action on floor, But I did not go there for gambling. The bar is where the girls are, there were about 15-20 girls in all shapes and forms. They ask for $200 per hour and BBBJ is hard to come by, but they are very good looking. I did pick I Cuban and had good time. 1 this I did not like is those girls are hogging all the tables in the bar and it is hard to find an open table.

The Habano was closed but there were many girls standing around. I did not pick any from there nor did I talk with any as I went to the Casino that day. I was thinking about trying the next day but due to call from work I had to shorten my trip and had to leave 2 days earlier.

Overall nice city very good seafood, but not much to do beside the canal.

I stayed at JW Marriot which is a great hotel. I never had to leave to find anything. The casino next door started to fill up at the bar starting around 7. Every night I was there I saw more women around the bar than men. All different types of shapes and very approachable. You meet them there and then walk over to hotel and go to room very easy transition. In regards to the fee at the hotel I found that after the restaurants in the hotel close then they will start checking who you have with you. One night I was charged $100 for having a "visitor". However before the restaurants close you can just have a girl go up to the 14th floor which is the restaurant floor and you meet her there and then you walk over to the hotel elevators and go up and nobody will see you. I brought 5 friends back to my room that way.

I've only seen one internet escort in Panama. I don't think that's the best way to go there. You're kind of rolling the dice. Freelancers are a better option. You can visit with the woman before committing. Also the massage places, strip clubs and bordellos can be good options.

While I have virtually no experience with internet escorts in Panama, in general if you're going to do that, try to find out if there's a local forum for the country or city you're visiting. Take a look at the reviews using Google translate. That can be a big help. I don't know whether something like that exists in Panama. You could Google "foro acompanhantes panama. ".

My recommendation for mongering in Bocas del Toro would be to forget about it.

You'll see a lot written here about girl friendly hotels and paying for your guests. I've taken women back to the Miramar Intercontinental, Bristol, Rui Plaza, Plaza Paitilla, Hotel Ejecutivo, and the old Veneto and downtown Riande. I've only had to pay at the Ejecutivo and then only $10 or $20 per date, although I did have to register my guests at the Bristol and Veneto. The secret in my opinion is to make sure your date isn't dressed like a ****, don't come in late at night, and try to make her look like a girlfriend or business associate. I've even used props like shopping bags and legal pads. Now I don't take a different woman or multiple women back to the hotel every day, unless it's someone I've wifed up with. So not sure if this will work for you.

Take a spare wallet and stuff it with just what you need when you're out and about, including a copy of your passport with photo page and entry stamp page. Or maybe have a photo of that on your phone, if you're carrying a phone.

Obviously, make sure your valuables including electronics are in the safe or hidden when you have visitors. If you're going to take a shower, in your room or a bordello, take your pants (which contain your wallet) with you.

I'll pay at the end unless the woman wants the money up front. One compromise is to place the cash, say, on top of a table and tell her she can take it when she leaves after an hour or whenever. If you pay up front, I've found I get better service on average when I'm dangling a tip or future business as possibilities. Or actually, that's a good idea regardless of when you pay. If she wants the money up front, you may want to establish what she will and won't do before committing.

Panama is very good mongering wise for a short trip. Very safe in the daytime and Uber is cheap to travel anywhere. Excellent cheap food if you like seafood. Clean city with everything hygienic.

Girls are everywhere. Bars, casinos are teeming with available girls. Can negotiate fees for everything. $100 is standard for ST. Hard to find real beautiful girls. Lots of older girls. Younger girls also are flashy, boobs pushed up or enhanced, some with bubble butt. Girls do not approach you. They do smile. You need to approach and start talking. Sone speak manageable English. If you know basic Spanish it is perfect. I did not get any GFE vibe. It is all business. I do not think bareback is available.

Since all dealings are in dollars there is no need to mentally convert. Most girls are in a group and at least two. Very rarely just a single girl standing or sitting by herself. Makes it harder to negotiate. Drink prices are closer to USA prices. Good drinks by the way.

I had only three encounters and not an expert in local scene. Since I took some nice tours I was busy and too tired after.
