Hey people, just did a small recon mission on several hotels near the Venetto area, Ill post the website link and my findings about their guest policy. For directions / maps, check with your friend Google.

Five days in PTY (2 days of mongering)
Thanks much to all. I read the fucking forum, and I went armed with lots of information. I'll give my run down day by day. Activities mongering and non-mongering. My style is to note to my mistakes as well. As there's always something a newbie can learn from. Where I'm relative newbie myself.
Wednesday, 4/8/15 - my friend and I arrived at the airport and I went up to arrivals and got a cab for $20 from the airport to the Veneto. Negotiation for the cab started at $30 I believe. I got in at about 9:30 pm, and there were some gorgeous girls there, but I had to check-in. As others had discussed, the Veneto is going downhill. Their air conditioning was only partly working. The room was well above what it should have been at 9:30, so I couldn't imagine what it would have been like at 2 pm or when it was actually hot outside. It took a while, but my friend I and found a decent option in the Grand International Hotel on Via Argentina. My friend doesn't monger, so he didn't care if the hotel was chica friendly, but it also meant I wasn't bringing girls back, so girl friendliness didn't matter. Veneto gave me a full refund for the amount I had spent via booking.com. It was a long day with the flights and hotel disaster (which took several hours to resolve) so we went to bed. Of note, we took a cab from the Veneto to the Grand International and the guy started at $7 and I talked him down to $5. I walked this route several times, and it's about 6 blocks. Somehow he managed to make the drive take 10 minutes. Perhaps to justify his price. Foreshadowing. Taxistas in Panama City are awful people.
Thursday, 4/9/15 - Went to Veneto to check out the scene at about 10:30 pm. First, the Veneto is the smallest casino I have ever seen. I'd say 25 girls and 8 to 10 guys. I wasn't too impressed by the selection, so I went to Habanos where all these supposed 10's exists. There were no 10's there, perhaps a mix of 5's to 8's. I found myself attracted to a Colombiana named Laura who was 37. She was sweet and spoke some English. We agreed to $150 for 2 hours at LOS Arcos. I always (or at least I'm supposed to) get the girl to agree to four stipulations before we go anywhere:
1) Pay at the end.
2) blow my load as much as I want in the allotted time frame.
3) the amount of time.
4) kissing (if it interests me in that case).
Overall, the session was fine. Laura had an 8. 5 body and a 7 face. LOS Arcos was $20 for 2 hours (condoms may be extra. Laura had some). When we got to the hotel, I handed the taxi driver $2, and he told Laura the fee was $5. I said no. Laura said yes, this is normal. The driver said he's collect from Laura later as they know each other. We talked and had a good time. It took me a while for me to blow my load, and I went to the bathroom, and I came back out and she was on the phone saying we were done. I should have said something, but I knew I wasn't going to go again, so I let it go. Of note. For those who think girls work only once per night, that is insane. Laura started putting on makeup before we left, and I asked if she was going back to Habanos, and she said yes. This isn't a vacation for them, they are there to make money.
My friend and I did some sightseeing during the next couple of days and did non mongering things at night. Overall, my taxi SOP was to hand them $2 without a work and walk away. This was generally fine. Once when going from the Grand International to the Hard Rock Hotel, the taxista said it was $3. 50. I said I didn't have $1. 50 and did he have change. He said no and I needed to make change. I went in the hotel and never came back out. Fuck that guy. I could have argued with him before I went inside, but I'm generally nonconfrontational. I paid $10 to the Panama Canal. On my way back from the Panama Canal, one taxista refused to take us back from $8, but one took us back for $8, so perhaps that price is about right. I went back and forth to Casco Viejo for $5, but in retrospect, that was probably too much. I really do hate the taxistas in Panama City. They are awful.
On Sunday, 4/12/15, I tried to go to Oasis around noon, but as noted by others. It seems to be closed permanently. Oh well. I checked out the Veneto around 1 pm. There was a chubby Cubana there who wanted $100 and was sitting at the downstairs bar. I decided against it. I went back Sunday night to Veneto at about 10 pm. There were about 30 girls ranging from 4 to 7. 5. I had it in my mind that I wanted a threesome to make up for lack of activity despite the fact that threesomes with hookers generally aren't even that great. I talked with two Cubanas. I like one but not the other. Overall, I didn't like the options so based on all the advice, I went to Habanos.
At Habanos, there were several options. The upstairs was closed. Presumably due to less traffic because it was a Sunday. I almost settled on one Cubana, but she wouldn't take the money at the end, so I said no deal. I saw Laura again, and I went to talk to her. We agreed to $150 each for 2 hours ($300 total). I had heard that LOS Arcos doesn't do threesomes (not just from them but from someone else at Veneto), so we walked to a place that was a block from Habanos. This place was $35 for an hour. I stupidly didn't ask if this was for one hour or two. When we get to the room, Juliana asks for money up front. Without going into all the details, I gave in. Laura said she'd take money at the end. I broke the most important rule and of course. It fucked me. The first 45 minutes went well. I finish in Juliana and then we get a call that says we have 10 minutes left. Juliana starts putting her clothes on. Laura says Juliana isn't into it, and I say I don't care. Laura says she'll stay the whole 2 hours, but I need to pay another $35. Annoyed, I say fuck it and terminate everything. I do pay Laura the full $150. You guys will probably give me shit for full payment and perhaps rightfully so, but here are my three biggest errors:
1) paying up front, never do it.
2) not being conscious of the fact I was probably being played. Once out of the moment, I presume this was their plan all along. For Juliana to leave all along when they originally spoke at Habanos without me.
3) I didn't confirm and / or haggle the pricing at the love hotel. That is fucking expensive.
On Monday, 4/13/15, I took a cab back to the airport. I started at $15, the cabbie said $30. I said $20. He said $25. I said $20. He said OK. I fucking hate these taxistas.
I'd like to also note that someone had mentioned using Tinder to find working girls. Tinder was a complete waste of time. I also checked Badoo, also a complete waste of time.

You have to register the person at the front desk and have an extra charge of US $100.00 +10% tax.
They just lost several thousand in business.
