Posts: 102From the airport, taxi ($15) or bus / subway into the city center? Not sure where I'm staying yet. Also, is renting a car suggested or just use public transportation?
2) Veneto. Still open? Have read some positive things about Grand International Hotel. I've got tons of Hilton Honors points so may go that route as well. Airbnb for an apartment is also a possibility.
3) I think I get the jest of the Veneto. Habanos on the other hand. Is that a disco / nightclub similiar to Help which used to be on Copacabana Avenue in Rio? In other words, you hook up with the chica at Habanos, and then take her back to your place. Nothing on site at Habanos.
4) Are Veneto, Habanos, and La Bocatorena fairly close to eash other? Within a 10 or 15 minute walk? I have no problem walking. In fact I love walking and taking in the local environment. I'm a seasoned world traveler and on my game with safety, so I'm not concerned about that. Just don't want to deal with the taxi drivers, even though my spanish is pretty decent.
5) La Bocatorena. Can't wait to check this place out. $15 bucks. 10 for the girl and 5 to the house for a quickie? Best deal I've heard about in quite awhile! Also, La Mayor is next door, correct?
6) Trannies. Also read they are on the streets. Any areas to avoid or to be especially on point? Also, they don't filter into the clubs do they? Don't want to have to pull a Crocodile Dundee and do a crotch grab to check a chica out before going with her! LOL!
7) Grute Azul. Is this close to the aforementioned clubs / brothels as well?
Probably going to head down for a week. Guess that should give me enough time to understand the lay of the land and have some fun. Thanks in advance for any replies and I appreciate all the good intel put out on this forum. If I can help anyone out with any questions regarding SXM, feel free to PM me! Going to give SXM a break and try either Panama City, or possibly Campo over in Curacao, but Panama City seems a bit more of an adventure!

Posts: 282New to the Panama City Forum
Greetings all!
Clubted from the St. Maarten board travelling over to the Panama City board. Great reports and valuable info to use for a potential upcoming visit to Panama City. Seems like Biff Dangler and Dickhead have great insight into the City. I've gone back and read the past 30 or so pages of reports to try to get as much baseline info as possible. Just a couple of quick questions.
1) From the airport, taxi ($15) or bus / subway into the city center? Not sure where I'm staying yet. Also, is renting a car suggested or just use public transportation?

Went out with a bunch of guys Saturday night. Got to bocatorena around 8:15. Best BocaTorena night ever. Using a very casual survey walking from the front entrance door to the entrance / exit door on the other side I counted 120 women, which would not include those in the bathroom or those inside fucking.
First of all, it was a 4/10 on the smell factor (4 being the baseline for Bocatorena).
2nd, it was the best women I have seen there.
The usual distribution is about 80% less than a five, 15% 6-7, and 5% 8 and above.
Saturday it was:
40% less than a five, 40% 6-7, and 20% 8 and above.
There were a solid 10 women who would have been top flight at Habanos. Why they work at Bocatorena I don't know. All of the top ones said they were willing to leave and go and fuck for a few hours for 40 bucks, which makes sense given the math. They make 10 per fuck at Bocatorena, and probably only do at most 3-4 per night. Why not make 40 bucks with a guy who has at least showered recently and will probably give you free drinks as well?
Anyway, then we want to Mayor, which was a tad disappointing. There were a few good ones, but little dancing going on and when there was dancing it was mostly fat chicks.
We all ended up not doing anything as Columbia's 2nd best export meant we wouldn't be able to do anything about Colombia's best export, but we resolved to maybe get a room in casco on Airbnb some time and pull a couple of girls out of Boca for a gang bang.
On a side note, when we got in the cab near Veneto to go to BocaTorena the cabbie assumed we were all dumb tourists even though we live here and gave us the line that Boca is not secure and we should go to LE Palace instead. That is just a ploy to get you to go to a place where he gets a kickback, don't fall for it.

Posts: 3359The official currency in Panamá is the Balboa. However, the "Balboa" is pegged by law at 1 Balboa = 1 USD. Furthermore, Balboas do not actually exist in paper form but only as meaningless coins that are interchangeable with US coins. So, for a US visitor, the only thing you need to be even slightly worried about is not coming back with Balboa coins. They are the same size as US coins. So, if you fuck that up it might cost you a dollar or so depending on whether you are a change hoarder or not.
There are very few similarities between PTY and Tijuana. Panamanian cops are much less corrupt than cops in Tijuana or anywhere in México, but you want to make sure to carry a copy of your Passport, the declaration page and the page with the entry stamp, preferably on the same piece of paper. Take care of that as soon as you hit town. I have posted at length about cab prices and it started a bit of a flame war so you can research that on your own, or not.
The 'going rate' is dependent on your Spanish, your looks, and your negotiating skills. I am fluent in Spanish and a good negotiator but old and ugly. I have yet to pay $100 anywhere in Central America. The minimum wage in Panamá is just a bit over $2 an hour so if you want to give someone a week's pay for an hour fuck I guess you could but it certainly makes no sense to me. I do not think half hour sessions are very common outside of Bocatorena and similar venues. Personally, I never negotiate time. If the chemistry is good, she will stay, and if it's not, why would you want her to stay? Always remember that your hotel is way better than whatever the fuck she has to go home to, and behave accordingly.

Posts: 253Panama compared to Tijuana. I'm asking.
Hello fellow mongers. The clock is ticking for me as my trip to the PTY is coming in less than 3 weeks. I have mongered in BKK, MAN but mostly Tijuana (Tijuana) as I live within 1 HR. In fact I have gone to Tijuana about 200 times in my adventures. On the other hand I have never been to the PTY. I find it easier to assimilate to a new destination when comparing it to a known destination. BTW. I am happy to share any info with you on Tijuana but I need to know how PTY may be similar to Tijuana. Let me tell you how I see Tijuana.
Tijuana -.
Bars. There are really only 2 major bars. Adelita and HK. Yes there are plenty of other bars but these 2 dominate. Seems like that's how it is in PTY as well with veneto and??
Rates. In Tijuana the going rtate for a bar girl is about $70/ half HR. The way it works there is you take the girl to a room which you pay for (12-17 usd). You could bring them to your room if you stay there thus avoiding the room fee. I am guessing the going rate is $100 but that is for an HR and not a half hour so PTY is a better deal??
Currency. Although they have the MXN peso, the USD is widely accepted. In PTY is the only currency USD? Should I buy local currency (if applicable?) - benefits?
Transport. In Tijuana a cab anywhere is usuall about $5 - PTY?
Policia. In Tijuana. Crooked as fucking hell and will shake you down for $$ - What about PTY. What do I need to watch out for?
Other things. Other than the Canal, what else should I check out? I would love to go to some nice restaurants and my dream is to pick up a hot local lady around 35 for some filler time.
Anything else?
Getting excited!
H1.

Posts: 8Hola Cubanitas, adios Colombianas
Just came back from the Veneto, been going for seven years.
Haven't been back in six months, and yes, there are Cubans and Dominicans, and of course the Colombianas.
Went to Habanos and called over a girl I thought was Cuban, but she was Colombian. My driver there had warned me that the Colombians were not providing the same service they had be famous for in the past, but this one seemed once. Long story short, she came up to my room only to try to further negotiate, and after refusing she got belligerent. I finally threw her, I mean literally, out of my room after two hours of this BS. Never in seven years have I had that happen to me. But I take it for what it is, had a vitamin V in me that was still kicking, so I went downstairs to the Veneto Casino and sat with two hot Ecuadorians; one asked for $150, I said $100, she said lets go. And go she did. And she liked it, smiled the entire time. That's what the Colombians used to do.
So men, beware, go anything but Colombian. Harsh generalization, but mostly true I'm afraid.
Guess everyone knows to go to Ache after 11 PM (Calle Uruguay).
The next night spoke to two Cubans-one so hot but crap, stink mouth so I went for the tall thin negrita instead. Hot body, great service, asked $150 offered $100 plus a $20 propina por buen servicio, and there was no problem. No need to pay more than that. Say it w a smile, with confidence. It's a fuck load of dinero for them.
I heard LE Meridian is chic friendly as well (Veneto looks like it is closing in two months or so).
For a great meal go to Tantolos in Casco Viejo then head up to their rooftop bar, fab views of the city. Day time hit Mercado Mariscos on Via Balboa at the entrance of Casco Viejo for the best (and cheapest) ceviche and whole fried fish you will ever have. For me its more than the chicas, give me ceviche, sancocho, and corvina al ajillo.
Good luck and enjoy all there is to enjoy.

Hello everyone,
I will be in PTY tomorrow and looking to see if anyone else will be there. I will just be there for the weekend and looking to get out and see what's going on.
