I am going to answer my own question. Veneto is damn well and alive, so much for the carrot law crap. Who cares if they stop serving alcohol at 2 or 3, the casino goes well after and so do the damas, some freakin hot, I almost feel like I am in Brazil. The Cali chicas are the hottest of them all, Panamanians are second IMO. Spent several hours at Bocatorena today and I can write a book about it. I almost left in the first few minutes, but braved it with a beer and the got rewarded with a fine and unique mongering experience. You can't expect to finish the deed here every time, the knock on the door comes well before the so called 20 mins, but as I found a dollar tip discreetly to the guy who knocks will buy you a good 10 mins more. Its like an appetizer platter, you can try several of them for $15 each, less than what you pay for a lap dance in the US. The place reeks but I got over it in a little bit, there's almost a 100 girls in there, some with a 10 body and I can tell you for 15 bucks, you can't beat that. Everyone from the street cleaner to a taxi driver is in there, not for the faint of heart. Le mayor is more mellow and a bit upscale but after boca I was bored at mayor.

Just had a taxi guy outside Veneto get me some chilled beer (he actually got them in an ice bag) after the 3am cutoff. Won some dinero at the BJ tables as I expected though it took a while this time, if you can't win here you can't win anywhere else!

My initial POA would be to check in and find something at Veneto for a double nut. 1 to 2 hrs. I would only head out if that fails. If Veneto is out of the running, I am thinking of only checking in the next day to save some dough. Anyone know of a cheapie place by Boca Torena / Mayor to put my bags in and spend few hours at those venues and freshen up before I head to Veneto where its a 4 pm check in? *On a late late hour on Sat (5AM) going into Sunday the place was still going strong and turned into an after-hours spot of sorts, deep house and trance music-I heard the party will go till 8-9am.

You might have hit ashe on a break weekend for the zanahoria law. The Mayor has authority to declare tomate law (spanish tomate for tomate todo lo que quieras or drink all you want). The Zanahoria Law is in full effect, closing sun-wed at 2am thurs-sat at 3am.

Most probably, there will be tomate law in effect the weekend of nov 23-24, as there is a holiday on Wednesday 28th, but the goverment moved the festivity for Monday 26th. This will be a long weekend

i've been mongering in panama for 3 years now, off and on, and my experience is the overwhelming majority of both the pros and semi-pros in the clubs are colombians. have met a few from venezuela and a rep001tering of beauties from the dominican republic and elsewhere in central america, but not too many. i've met a tiny handful of panamanian fl's in places like club habanos and the veneto, but with just one notable exception, definitely not up to grade vs. the damas de colombia.

no offense meant to my dear panamanian friends, as i truly love them as a people. but there is a reason why panamanian men aspire to date and marry colombianas, and why panamanian women generally dislike their lusty 'sisters' from the south.

thats true. panamanians are cold blooded, trained to marry, have kids and be the home matriarch, period. colombianas are caring, sexy, sensual everything else the panamanians lack. i've yet to met a panamanian as hot in body and in mind as their colombiana counterparts!

Club Ashe on Calle Uruguay on both Fri and Sat night was pretty good. If you need a reference point it's down the block from Hooters. Cover was maybe $5 or $8, I can't recall. A promo they were running for a big bottle and half bottle of Arguardiente was $40. Beers were $2-$3. Probably the closest thing I've seen to Help in Rio on this side of the world-meaning all freelancers, all pretty hot, most wanted $200-300 for TLN. I think short-time prices quoted were around $100-150. Good music too, typical Panamanian reggaeton / dancehall with the dj constantly chattering on the mic to hype up the crowd. *On a late late hour on Sat (5AM) going into Sunday the place was still going strong and turned into an after-hours spot of sorts, deep house and trance music-I heard the party will go till 8-9am. I pulled a 26 yo Panamanian girl out of there around 5:30a for a five hour (chem fueled) TLN rate of $100. Gave her $150 because she was awesome and also let me do her butthole.

Stopped by Elite on Sat night around 10pm. $30 cover includes open bar. The talent was pretty amazing, stunners everywhere with sculpted bodies that only a plastic surgeon could truly appreciate. Almost all Colombianas, at least 50 girls, strip shows, bachelor parties galore here. Didn't get prices for sessions or TLN but did get a phone number from a solid 9 who wanted to hang the next day. Never followed up. My buddy also got a number from a girl who did come by two days later and spent a solid 7 hours with him, no charge. She dialed up a friend for me who was a 20 cutie sweetheart from Manizales who also stayed for a good 4-5 hours, truly GFE, great body. She never asked for money but I slipped her $120 when she was leaving and she was cool with that-she was more concerned about connecting win me on twitter and FB.

Monday night at 7:30pm at the spot next door to La Mayor was prime-time. No cover, $1. 25 beers and about 30-45 girls, but that was tough to count as they are in and out of the back rooms often. Very seedy-if you've been to MDE, it's basically an indoor version of La Mayorista. Cheap at only $15 for 15 mins which includes the price of the room. The smell in the place is pretty off-putting, you really have to brave it for about 20 minutes before you start getting accustomed to it. A lot of fuglies but there were at least 10 very doable that I would give a 7. 5-8. 5. Mostly all colombianas. By comparison La Mayor was still charging a $3 cover and had a very dead atmosphere with only 15 girls max.

Tried a few times to convince my buddies to take a ride over to Colon to check out the scene and provide an update to the awesome times I reported on some years back, but it just never worked out.

Dinner at Miraflores was nice, restaurant overlooking the Panama Canal and locks. Get there early before it starts to get dark and ask for a table outside. $30 per person, buffet style.

Hit Panama over the 9. 12 Nov weekend. Stayed at veneto hotel. Lots of good choices at the casino and also Habamos. But if you really just want to cut to the chase. Do your shopping at Habamos anytime after 9pm. That is where the best quality of chicas are hanging. Mostly Colombians. There is no need to pay over Cien.

there is something to be said for a colombiana aside from pure looks also. they seem to exude sexuality. also, by in large in bed they are fantastic. even there good time boxes. seem to be softer and better than most other latinas

The closest place is Oasis, on southwest side of Via Veneto, below ground level, between the Panama and Veneto hotels. I was staying at the Veneto on Tuesday night and can report as follows:

I met up with a friend at Habanos at 10pm and the place was full. There were a large number of hot looking girls many 9s. I have never seen it so busy and with so many good looking chicas, must be new blood.

At 11pm we moved on to the Veneto, not the same level of quality however many of the chicas if they don't find a john in Habanos move onto the casino and vice versa.

Actually theres a constant stream between the 2 places. I did see a girl from Cartagena, who was an 8, in the casino who had been at Habanos. However she was requesting 150 dollars and didn't want to do BBBJ so I said no thanks.

There were a lot of girls in the Casino, what a change from just a few weeks ago. From 5s up to 8s maybe 1 or 2 9s. I don't think things have gotten worse or better, I just think it depends on what you night you go to these places and at what time. It seems to also depend on local politics between the government and police. You can walk round the casino see nothing walk round 20 mitues later and see some hot girls who have just arrived.

Similarly the amount of times I have seen hot girls leaving on the escalators wanting to shout "come back!", but a sign of desperation isn't a good starting point for negociating.

One thing that must be borne in mind is that each day some girls come from Colombia, some leave, some get picked up by the cops some get taken away for the night. You can never really rely on having the same night twice.

I expect that things are more easier to monitor in Costa Rica or Republica Dominicana because it is always at a high level where Panama City can be like night and day sometimes. That being said, if you happen to be vistiting Panama City just now you can get a very hot girl at Habanos just expect that it won't be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I expect to go back with some money and sample even if the service might not be 100% because some were just so damn pretty.

I myself took a panamanian girl back to the room who wasnt the prettiest in the casion nor the biggest fake tits, but she agreed to everything, was cheap, satisfied me and more importantly can come round and give me a BBBJ after getting off the plane. Sometimes 10-11pm is quite late and we want some action early on, which is harder to come by in Panama.

Anyway looking forward to going back in 2 weeks time, just hope it is like 2 nights ago.
