Howdy guys,

In a couple of months it looks like I'll have a long layover in Panama City while returning from Rio. I will arrive in the morning and leave around 6PM, so night time options are off the table. Are there any other options beside Oasis Massage? If Oasis is my only real option then I hope they have a good selection available in the afternoon.

Ah-che is a nightclub went there 4 times first time was charged $10. 00 cover charge after that got for free the other 3 times I went there. Location 1 or 2 blocks south of Elite if you ask a cabbie to take you to Ah-Che they all know where it is. GOOD LUCK

Ah-che is a place all the ladies go to late night after midnight. Just returned from 12 days in Panama city stayed at hotel Torres De Alba. Was at habanos before they closed, Veneto, Ah-Che, La Madame, Le Palace, Elite. Pulled some real stunners out of veneto, Habanos, and Ah-che.

But what is the set-up? Is it a bar, cover charge, near Veneto, etc? Tried to google it, but came up with nada.

The owner of A Che is also the owner of Bodeguita. I do not know if Bodeguita is still open but the entire crowd from there just goes to A che now. Even the employees are all the same and are at A che. For all intents and purposes Bodeguita is dead. It has all just transfered over to A che.

Glad to hear, arrive in PTY Thursday night. What and where is A Che? Usually if we didn't find anything in the Veneto or Habanos, we'd go to La Bodaguita (sp?) as the bar of last resort. I take it, rather hope it was not Gringos who were involved in the drug activity? If I recall, the serves on the 1st floor were all little indians from the hills.

Can't comment on the Bogata scene, but can on the Medellin scene. More spread out, some locations in very sketchy areas. Finding a trustworthy cabbie is tantamount. Costs vary greatly, some of the high end casas were $200 for 90-minutes. In the rundown areas, $30 for 30-minutes. Unfortunately, my only visit there was during a weekend of national elections and all the bars closed.

My regular chica stated that the girls are scrambling for work and will quote less money to make up for the lost time. She told me some of her friends are walking the streets to try to make up some of the money lost.

Bottom line is this guys, if you see drugs around when you are out and about, leave the premises! Don't take chance and get arrested with the rest of them. It is just a headache as you will have a very tense time and / or will have to pay off a cop in the process.

I think it skimming mundoanuncio or anunciosdiarios can yield very good results as I have done that and found some real gems. Those girls generally are pretty low key and don't watch the clock.

Panama Sam. Thanks for the update. Good to know, but I am wondering on how this will create a Glut. If anything all the girls will move to one bar. (A Che) and so will all the guys looking for them. Most of the girls from Habanos go over to A Che Around midnight anyway.

In addition, what usually happens after these raids is the girls hide out. Stay in there apts et. I have been down twice the night after immigration raids and every bar was virtually dead. The girls tend to hide out for a few days till things quiet down. The real problem is the long term future of Panama as these raids drug related or not are becoming more frequent.

The Veneto quoted me a taxi for $30 plus 7% tax. I guess I should just get a taxi at the airport. Seem a little cheaper.

If you go upstairs to the departure area you can get a cab to the Veneto for 15. 00-20. 00, I read that on a previous post and tried it last night and paid 17. 00

Rumor is that Habanos will be open this Sat (today). Have to wait and see though. Girls are back in the Veneto and late night at Ahche is still good.

Fellow Mongers,

I just spoke to my regular girl in Panama and she had just spent four days in jail.

She had been upstairs (Club Foto) located in the second floor of Habanos when a huge law enforcement raid took place. Apparently they were looking for drugs and found a distribution network among the servers in the Habanos, first floor.

As a result everyone spent time in the slammer while they interrogated and sorted it all out. I understand the place was closed or is still closed.

All the working girls are in the clubs like La Bodeguita and Ache (H).

So, discretion is advised when visiting Habanos. I would probably make it a short stop to pick up talent and then move to a bar or restaurant nearby.

According to my chica, this has created a glut as chica's are scrambling for places to perch to look for work. I believe this is an opportunity to negotiate prices down from their current inflated spot. I think I would open with $50 for one shot.

The Venetto is very selective on the amount and quality of chicas it allows in right now, so that is also a limited alternative.
