I truly must be missing something here. The girls hang out at habanos as freelancers, right? I 've walked out with a few girls and have haggled down their $150/hr prices to sub $100 for a few hours. That doesn't sound to me like habanos has much influence on the pricing or whether there is a cut for them. Something just isn't fitting here, to me. I know they remodeld Habanos and all, I just thought they were trying to make it more appealing to the gringos, hence the jack up in drink prices. I guess i'll have to be a bit more inquisitive as my curiosity has been sparked.

On the other hand, if ithat's the case, Habanos has everythng to lose here. Is " the suizo" just to big and he's gonna tromple all over habanos? The cubans over @ la bodeguita will have much to lose as well. This sounds extremely interesting as it has the makings to start a nasty fued amongst business owners, local and possibly international governments as the corruption will be exposed and hung out for everyone to see.

Like Habanos the Moulin Rouge people are charging a lot for the drinks, to me that is not a big issue as you can drink elsewhere or not at all. What bothers me is the price structure they are putting on the girls. The last time I was there they were looking to get $110 for 40 minutes.

These guys may very well be the worse businessmen in Panama. First, they are trying to put a first world price structure in a third world country, which will not fly. Then, they are trying to elimate all the competition from the independents to squeeze people into paying their prices. This is idiotic because the vast majority of people living in Panama won't pay those type of extortion prices and with them chasing off all the independents, the tourists who visit for that type of stuff will simply choose other locations like Costa Rica, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and a dozen other locations that have a vibrant, diverse and reasonably priced scene.

All they would have to do is lower their price to $90 for an hour and make their drink prices semi-reasonable and they'd have all the business they want. They'd be $10 under the asking price of the independents and in line with Miami and Golden Time and the clients would most likely choose to go to Moulin Rouge and avoid the cab hassle etc. Instead, they seem to want to want to chase the thousands of tourists a year that come for that away to other locales, shrink the selection and draw to Panama and ultimately probably put themselves out of business.

It appears as if they are trying to force a very high price structure on clients and must eliminate as much competition as they can to force people to play their game. Hope the public becomes aware of this and boycotts this place.

It's a real shame as the action in Panama was diverse, fun and plentiful. Me and my friends would go down every few months and always have a great time. We just got back and without Habanos or Bodegita and the availability of independents it's nowhere near the same. We've decided to go to Colombia or Costa Rica until (if) things get back to normal there.

Just following up on the bodeguita question. The bodeguita VIP, which is the only one remaining, was in fact always there and mostly catered by panamanians for panamanians until the uruguay bodeguita was shut down. The colombianas quickly took over the VIP one and it was a good thing, the "old" bodeguita was quite small and uncomfortable.

Word on the street is that Habanos will be shut down soon, due to being in the Red/Pink zone and being consdered as a true meat market. They are trying to clean up the gringo areas, so what ever talent will remain will eventually need a new spot. As soon as I have word, I will provide more updates.

Since my last report on the Marriott, I have been able to slip in a few girls. It's all about circumstance. I won't give out the details of how, mainly because the Marriott was an easy ticket and someone already ruined that. I'm not going to hand someone else a pass to screw up what little is left. I will tell you that security knows damn well who the putas are, so don't think you are getting anything past them.

La Bodeguita has become my first and commonly last stop each time I'm in PTY. My only problem is that the music is obscenely loud. It's a safe environment, and a mixed bag of goodies. The stings are the real deal, I was sitting in front of Habanos in a car waiting on a chic for my buddy when "la migra" rained in, in unmarked vehicles at first, an immigration bus following about 5 mins later. By the time the bus got there, they had about 10 girls lined up already. All in all, like 25 girls were taken that night. That was the 2nd to last week in may iirc. I am back in Panama now and my girl tells me that most of those girls are still in immigration, in a holding room of sorts, most of them are getting deported at some point. Some have been released. While at Habamos last nite, the police pulled up to the front and created quite a frenzy among at least 15 of the girls. It was comical as many tried to find a hiding place in the club. The police did not enter. But after talking to the owner and several of the girls. It is becoming somewhat of a regular event. Withing the last two weeks. Close to 50 girls have been detained and sent back to their countries. The quality of woman at Habamos seems to clearly indicate that. While their were several 8s & 9s. Most of the ladies were average.

This was my 1st time in Panama. I have been to Rio, AC, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, and Dubai. It was def not my favorite place but that was due to lack of girls. I was deciding between Medellin and Panama and since it was the presidential election that week in Colombia I decided on Panama.

Airport mafia taxis is like everywhere else. Finally found one for $20 but he was going to take this side roads so I paid a few dollars more for the toll road which got me to veneto in 25 minutes. I stayed at veneto for $104/night (stay 3 or more nights 30%OFF) I enjoyed the hotel since it had a casino. Felt like "old" las vegas. The talent inside was horrible though. In 5 days I only saw 2-3 hot girls working the casino.

Out front sometimes you would find a few straglers. There were 2 colombians that I saw several nights in a row working as a team.

A few doors down at oasis is was disgusting. 2 fat girls and 1 girl that was ok.

The ambiance and room is really dirty and nasty. The night I arrived the immigration did a roundup and arrested a bunch of girls. My luck.

There is another place next to oasis that had 2 cute girls. They wanted 120/ hour so I declined. Paid $2 for most my taxis, except when I was with a girl. You just say "dos dollars para habanos" and most said yes.

Started out at habanos almost every night, usually around 10pm, basically this was the place that saved the trip. Any night except sundays(closed) there would be 10-20 girls standing and sitting outside. 90% colombian and most asking 150/hour(the hot ones) there were some 9's there every night. Quite expensive for an hour. Most were not into TLN as they were wanting to come back and work again to make more $. Pretty hardcore, even though they gave a decent service. Most girls would go with a client and then go to bodequita late night after 1230.

Bodequita was dead. I went 3 x and every time there was maybe 6-7 girls that were cute. The rest were disgusting (imo.)

Golden Times was the worst experience of my life. Mechanical blow up doll sex. No kissing, no touching, bang bang, your done get out basically.

Conclusion:

Basically the prices and observations are just to give you an idea of whats going on now and the prices they are asking. I did not pay that. I neg good deals every night because I would never pay those prices and if your good at negotiating then you will do fine. I'm into TLN or at least 3-4hours.

Went to a club called "the loft" was packed with hot young 18-22 year olds but again unless your with at least 1 other guys chances are slim. I am pretty young and decent looking and spoke to a few girls but most were looking for a relationship you could tell. I also met a few girls online and the same thing. I met up with 2 girls and they both were looking for a gringo boyfriend, serious relationship.

For the money you spend there is really no reason to go to Panama. Expensive hotels (I got a decent deal for 104 but regular prices at veneto are like 170/night) and expensive women, and they are 90% colombian so why not go to the source and have an unlimited amount of girls and not have to search high and low to find them. The colombians seem to be pretty good GFE not as much as brazilians but pretty close.

well there is no Corpus Christi holiday in Panama, at least in the capital. There is one festivity, but just local to la Villa de Los Santos, in the provinces. It's not something that paralyzes the country.
Cant give you too much details about it, just that is very folkloric, many regional dances, regional costumes and the like
