The Hotel Tantalo in Casco Viejo, which I had reserved in the US did not have my room ready for me upon my arrival due to renovation delays in the lobby and my room. However, they arraigned another room for me at the Hotel Central, which claims to be a 5 star hotel in the center of Casco Viejo. The Tantalo is also known for their rooftop bar, which offers a great view and ambience. If you are fortunate to meet someone, all one has to do is invite them to your room from here so no guest fee etc. However, since for my first night this was not possible due to my relocation as I discovered that the Hotel Central, like many hotels downtown, charge a $30 fee for unregistered guests.
The Tantalo rooftop bar had quite a bit of activity and people last night. I did notice a few possible hookers in the mix. There were some chicas from Venezuela who I chatted with briefly and seemed to be overly friendly but nothing that specifically I found appealing to pursue. The Venezuela girl had a huge booty, which is difficult to absorb after spending two winters in Bangkok where the girls are so petite and where no one virtually has silicone butt injections.
My hotel room is ready today so will be moving back to the Tantalo today and certain to try out the rooftop bar again tonight. However, it appears that the people I observed last night were in larger groups and overall there were a lot more men than women. I think the mongering here in Casco is somewhat limited though as noted there are some P4P on possible buswomen holiday. What I was not able to determine was whether it’s possible to pick these girls up with no payment expected or do they drop that bomb (how much you pay me?) on you at the end of the evening.

I just arrived last night in PTY from USA. For my first night, I stayed at Hotel deVille Boutique Panama, a small inexpensive hotel a few minutes walk from Habanos. I used to be a fairly large contributor to the board, especially for South and Central America but had been derailed by health issues and this is my first trip outside the USA in 2 1/2 years.
In fact, truth be told, I have not been laid in that length of time. I won't bore you with the health details but lucky to be even writing a report above ground.
A few economic comments about my first full day. Some board member said it was possible to take a bus from airport. This is technically possible but you need a metro bus card, which can be purchased from a machine in the arrival area. There may be another bus where a card is not needed but it does not stop directly at the airport and requires a walk in the dark to an arterial road to get to the bus. Nevertheless, both buses runs sporadically in the evening. I forgot to download the Uber app so this may be an option and saw some cars, prob Uber, parked outside airport. It took too long to get the app downloaded on my phone so ended paying $30 for a taxi at the official taxi counter but heard today this price can be negotiated. Today I attempted to buy a Claro SIM card at their store across from a metro subway stop at Via España. The Móvil store, located nearby, took forever so I finally left there empty handed but went to Claro and purchased my SIM in a few minutes. Plus, it's only $5 for quite a few minutes. At the airport, they sell a SIM card from a machine for $30. Don't buy it and wait til you get to downtown.
The other issue I had was buying a subway Metro card. You need to buy the card from their counter office, which was closed at the station I went to across from the Claro store. The machines there only top up the card so you need one to start with. Makes no sense that it's so difficult to buy one. It really doesn't matter in the end as I will not be using the Metro anyway since I relocated to Casco Viejo in the old part of the city, which does not have any Metro stations.
Now for the good part. I decided to check out Habanos. I knew it was rather unlikely I would pursue any chicas since I have been out of commission for so long but wanted to see how things went down there. Also, like so many hotels in thus area, they charge $25 for unregistered guests. There were quite a substantial amount of Chicas there but had read they were not very aggressive in Trip Advisor. Nothing could be further from the truth. As soon as I sat down, I was literally besieged by girls of all colors, sizes, and stripes. Some of the booties were almost laughable. Think Jessica Rabbit on steroids. This continued for the duration as I slowly drank my Cuba Libre. I finally started to tell the overly persistent girls that 'no quiero perder su tiempo or translated 'I don't want to waste your time'. This seemed to get rid of them rather quickly and efficientl in a friendly way. Ironically, if a girl chose to stay with me after this comment, I may have been interested but none did. For the most part, this bar is shark central for chicas. I did not see any shy types huggin the wall. My experience has been that the more aggressive they are, the worse the service. But given how they are all so aggressive, I am not sure this philosophy applies at this place. Also, this bar has to be the largest ho bar in the world with the possible exception of 4 floors of * in Singapore at Orchid Towers.
Tonight, I am staying in Casco Viejo, which from what I read has very little P4 P so we shall see how things turn out. More reports to follow.

After a long time not visiting, went to take a look last night.
Some 25 lovelies were waiting for us. You will find many body types and sometimes a little sapphire hid away.
This is a short-term place where entertainment is calculated by the 15 minutes.
Mainly locals, safe.
Enjoy.

And, stayed in Eurostars and there was no chica fees. The hotel has a separate entrance to the casino which you can take a girl to you room without any issue.
If you are planning to stay at this hotel, make sure to get a room on skyline floor which is on 24th floor.
The room is way more spacious and better than other rooms for a small fraction more.

Posts: 50I was in Panama for two days (from Tuesday night this week to Thursday).
I was staying in AC Marriott, 2 minutes walking from the Habanos. I did notice that in one bar between my hotel and the Habanos they were some ladies waiting for men, but did not get the name of the bar.
Been the two night at Habanos, first night ended up with a 28 years old Colombian named Camila. Very nice girl, we chat like 40 min then went to my hotel very good service, very girlfriend attitude.
Second night with Valentina that I did know from my last trip. She's a blast in the room, we took two drinks upstairs at the Habanos. (there is A / C here).
Both of them were 120 $, I gave them some tips, they deserved it.
As I'm travelling a lot in Latam, I did get both their numbers for my future trips in Colombia if they are over there.
It's really easy in this place when you speak Spanish to get a good girl and a good service.
Take your time to speak with the girls, you'll see if you'll have a good service or not.
And BTW, I did not get charge by the hotel for any girl, although it's now 33 $ per lady. I did a 2 persons reservation and when I arrived at the hotel the first day, I just said I will certainly have a guest one night.

Anyone else going to be there at that time and want to bust it up let me know. Also staying at tower house suites if anyone on here has ever stayed there would love to hear any input or reviews. Also interested in any current information on la Bocatorena, strip clubs and any other spots that aren't usually shared. I heard Habanos is one of the more expensive joints but there are plenty of bargains to be found elsewhere including the escort classifieds. Would love to hear anything at all and I promise to share my experience with you guys.

Going soon to panama with my HOT Colombian GF. Looking to do a threesome. We both into it when we travel outside the country only. What is the going rate for a girl to join us? I speak perfect Spanish late 30's. When I google habanero in cuidad panama I get two hits. Which one is it?
