    Del rey room rates?

    Hello!

What are room rates in del rey in now a days?

Thanks for the info that I got from you guys on San Jose hotels. I had finally decided on La Amistad as my place to branch out and I recently returned from C. R. After a four night stay. I had a pretty nice time. The room was a little smaller than I'd expected at the $69 per night level. The rooms at the Del Rey are obviously larger but when you throw in free breakfast; free phone calls back to the US; free laundry service; and no chica fees, you definitely get more bang for your buck at La Amistad. And if you feel the need to pick your chica from the field at the Del Rey, it's a 10-15 min walk away. And I heard from a couple of my fellow mongers staying at the hotel that they did just that. What was even more surprising is that the Sportsman's Lodge is right around the corner from L. A. And during one of my trips thru their inner court there were several very hot ladies on the premises, there for the choosing. 'Fantasy' was also a few blocks away and had some nice ladies on hand.

I met some cool guys from other ares of the USA. (Fellow mongers) , and hung out with a couple of them, off and on. The staff was pretty helpful. One of the clerks, I think it was Carlos (?) even printed out a local map for us to use as we explored the area.

I can't really report on the going prices for chicas as I already had a chica lined up from a previous visit and she hooked me up with a couple of her friends as requested by me. I paid them all $70 for a no-rush session starting with a BBBJ and I gave my original chica only $50 at our last meeting, and she was happy to get that. Times are hard in S. J! But during my next visit, I'll be pulling a few chicas from the surrounding venues.

    Later Dudes!

I'm required by my schedule to stay at Hotel Chistine. Is there any nearby chica action in that area. Is the Christine chica friendly? Also, are any of the hotel maids available for some extra's? I've never seen anyone mention hotel maids as a source on here, but in the states I've had a little luck. I'm pretty much tied to a few blocks radius of that area, but would love to experience some of what I read about here.

La Amistad is a good bet, no chica fees and good service. You may also want to check out the Freebird and DunnInn they are both chica friendly with no fees.
Thanks for the info. I will. It's always nice to have choices.

That being said the chica fees are outrageous at $35 per chica.

I have booked a penthouse on the west side of Hotel La Amistad, no chica fees and its really nice and comfortable.
I agree. $35 per chica is highway robbery!

I plan to be in San Jose again soon and will likely stay a few nights there again. Although the place is starting to show its age. When were you there?
I was last there in mid-May.

What's the latest on the fee per chica at La Amistad?

Does anyone have any info on the Sleep Inn's chica friendliness ($102 per night!) or the Best Western that's about 5 blocks away ($60 per).

    Any help would be appreciated.

Noise was my biggest concern so I picked up room 304. I barely noticed the horn couple of times in 5 days and felt rumble may be 3/4 times in 5 days. Train starts at 6 am, three / 4 times an hour and is 2 car train mostly. Amistad has hired guys to help train go smoothly thru crossings which certainly minimizes honking in morning. Not to worry at all if you are in the back end of hotel.

Some of the guys that sit around the bar will probably look at their watches and then make bets on how long the girl will be in your room.
That was my concern, fortunately I will be able to move after the first night so maybe I can have fun with it knowing that I am part of the show.

I am able to move after one night so, I guess I can live with it specially if it is only 5-12 as I understand the peak time is.
