I've never been to Angeles. I thought about it at one point, but didn't go, and probably never will now. I will just make an observation. If I don't like a place, I don't go back. Hi Aml, this is just my personal opinion (for others) and I somewhat agree with you. I avoided Angeles for ages as I figured if I was going to The Philippines, I wanted to be near water. Personally, I'm not right into the typical bar scene and have always found other means to meet girls wherever I've been, except maybe Bantayan, but that didn't matter as it was so great and relaxing. I visited Angeles about a year ago, just to see what it was like. Yes, you'd only go there for the sex. Like Manila, it's not pretty. However, in a few months I will return. It's pretty simple. There is a compact walkable street with many bars. Anybody is free to walk in to any of them. If you sit down you will be expected to buy a drink for yourself, which will give you 20 minutes or so to scope out the girls. In the "Western" bars, the girls will be wearing bikinis and might flirt with you. You can buy one you like a 350 PHP drink, which will give you 15 minutes or so to chat with her to see if there's chemistry, and maybe grope her a little. The girls are not forced to go with anybody, but every girl I asked to go out has gone home with me for boom boom. The girls in these bars are Filipino, and from places like Samar, Leyte and Mindano, the same as the Korean bars. THEY ARE THE SAME FUCKING FILIPINO GIRLS! Some are young and pretty, some are older, and some are fugly. It is a cross section of humanity.

The Korean bars are set up a little differently, with girls in dresses. They will indeed ignore you, but they are prostitutes, and if you tell a waitress you want to buy one a drink, she will come down. Amazingly, even though it is a "Korean bar," the girls are Filipno, from places like Leyte, Samar and Mindano. THEY ARE THE SAME FUCKING FILIPINO GIRLS! Some are young a pretty, some are older, and some are fugly. You are free to buy one you like a drink and talk to her. If you hit it off you can pay her 5,000 PHP barfine to boom boom her. She is a prostitute, same as in the Western bars. Indeed, as Mr. NonSense describes, the Koreans like to throw money around, presumably to impress their buddies. But you are free to buy one drink and barfine a girl you like for boom boom.

I feel sorry for anybody going on "barhops" with Mr. NonSense. He is such a sourpuss it would be impossible to have fun. If you go in with him and he's scowling at all the girls, of course non of them will want to go with his unfortunate friends. But if you go in by yourself with a good attitude and smile and joke with the girls, you will have fun in any of the bars Western of Korean.

Attached is an example of a girl from a Korean bar I banged that came up on my Facebook, and a girl from a Western bar I censored. To know why, one has to accept that koreans like korean only girls as many have said, if a korean saw a girl he likes giving attention, drinking, bar fining with a westerner then she will be ignored by the koreans in future hence losing the said girl her earnings, many korean oriented bar owners / managers know of the koreans preference in korean only girls and many bars instruct the girls to give full attention to the asian punters, it is what it is unfortunately.

As said before, my western drinking buddies refuse to attend asian oriented bars because of the above reasons, yes the little gang of angeles appologists on here will have one beleive korean only girls will barfine with westerners, have not found this to be the case at all, in fact the complete opposite is true IMHO, hence my western drinking buddies refuse to drink in korean oriented bars, why should they when they are treated differently because of skin colour.

As far as how much asians spend in bars compared to westerners then I would say asians party in a different way to westerners, many asian friends attend the bars for a night out and think nothing of having 2-3 girls sitting at the table for each 1 asian, many times there are 3 guys but we have multiple girls as company in the bar, buying lady drinks, making it rain, tipping the girls directly for their good company in the bar, many times spending thousands of peso even without wanting to barfining with anyone.

When asia friends do barfine, they do not even question the girls cost, they just pay for what they want, often taking the girls out for dinner or a disco before the hotel room, what's not to like for the girls.

My western friends tend to hit the western bars where they will get some attention, they tend to table a girl of their choice, quickly buying maybe a couple of drinks for themselves and mainly only the one lady drink they do not make it rain or tend to spend much in the bars their whole purpose is to find what they want and quickly head straight for the hotel.

I always spend far far less barhopping in the company of western friend than korean friends, both groups party in different ways, the westerners are quick to get laid with as little cost the asians often are just about having a good time, often spending wildly on just that, it seems for asians having a good time and gaining face about how much they can spend is important, fucking comes second in importance for many asians friends.

I started mongering long before most guys on ISG were born. I've been to all the major mongering destinations. My conclusion is that it is easier, especially for older gents of mediocre finances, to find true love in those destinations, especially in Asia, than in western countries. I think it is understandable due to the differences in performance. In the USA, when you see an escort, it is usually transactional in nature and the girl may be friendly, but you are never under the impression that she really likes you or there is some connection going on. In AC, the girls are friendly and chat with you and give you the impression that they like you so you get confused because it's so different than escorts in the USA. Because it is similar to a date in the USA, this confusion leads to the thought that there must be something going on, some special connection and the girl really likes you. For guys with experience in this field, that experience comes like initially believing this and being disappointed when you start to realize that you are nothing special to the girl and it's next man up for the girl when you are not there. This information is not correct. Lollipop was hoping last night. Gecko's has been pretty hopping too. Same with Shooters. The bars are packed with pretty girls.
