You ought to take your own advice and read the fuckin' forum yourself for you will find that most of it consists of running commentary among member who feed off each other. The info that is in the forum is not packaged well and specific details are difficult to find. Point by point:

"Rolling" barfines are very common. I and others have done it many times. Expect to pay the same daily rates for each night you have the girl.
