    Amen brother.

However they can bulk up heavy and get westernized very fast if you try to keep one. I tried about 18 years ago with one who was a school teacher, and in the first month she was telling me what to do. Sent her back to the Phils. And did not marry her. Did not try domesticating a bar girl, but if she gets an attitude you can just say, "Hasta La Vista, Baby!" and move on to the next. A friend of mine brought one back and married her, had to kids with her and adopted her philippina friends as his, ate their food, got her a job at a local grocery store. About 8 years later I heard they got a divorce- she was the unfaithful one.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your time there.

Would it be now or the next months a good situation to go there, while most of the Asian guys stay away?

How many bars are open in Subic and are there only few customers?

On the one hand I think it would be a good opportunity to go to Angeles / Subic now because of the quietness and you get all the attention from the Filipinas.

On the other hand I am not sure if too many bars are closed (and not yet all bar girls returned) if it gets boring.

Because what I read so far, the prices did not change compared to pre-covid times. Only with Freelancers from the streets one could make a good deal.

    AC + Subic Trip Report

It was good to get back to the ol stomping grounds for a few days after the long covid hiatus. Stayed at Orchid Inn and really only banged one beauty from Vikings despite their wide selection. She was perfect for me, you know, slim, stacked and pretty. BF was 3 K for three days and unlimited fucking (plus 5 K tip) but the (19 yo one kid) shapely vixen did not know how to do a blow job. She tells me she loves me which is fine with me even though I told her where I live and I'm not leaving there. Someone will have to teach her BJ skills for when I get back in August. As some readers know I am retired in PI now and living in a dream house in Valencia, Negros Island.

Off to Subic (Wild Orchid) for three more days to see an old flame whose boobs but not her belly had amazingly grown 2 cup sizes during the covid crisis but unfortunately she had been robbed including her phone and stabbed superficially yet hospitalized by the fucking shabu-induced thief just prior to meeting me so I did the bar thing instead but honestly did not see anything I liked. So, back to AC for more of #1 who looks amazing in the sexy swimsuit I bought her. The bars in both locations are approximately 50% open. The girls are willing and waiting. There are also plenty of non-bar girls available everywhere ripe for picking with a small time investment. For example, I've got a 21 why o, employed, no kids, never violated, busty beauty who cooks for me regularly here in Valencia. We will see where it goes but so far, so good.

I am so glad to get out of the USA where the politics, costs, crime, homelessness, fat and selfish women and rampant rudeness prevail and are out of control. Conversely, Filipinos are the nicest people on Earth as fas as I know but I've only been to 25 countries in my 66 years. I have never been happier in my whole life as I am now. Cheers, mates.

The walking street entertainment precinct is a small part of the economy now.

But the lower paid BPOs do provide a workforce of girls looking for sideline income.

Angeles city lives on prostitution. While there maybe family hotels who scoff at girls coming and going hotels in Balibago are historically open to guests. Some may control the number of guests at any given time (maybe because government covid regulations). Some hotels maybe are more scared of running afoul of government and afraid of being closed down. Some as others said here like ABC hotel follow no restrictions.

I generally call and make reservations and pay in cash if I am going angeles city. Now it maybe prudent to ask questions before booking.

    Difficult but not impossible.

I've had no clear guest policy from my Airbnb that I have used before. In pinoy terms I guess they can't bring them to say something that will offend the foreigner, so they stay silent.

It's relatively cheap compared to Hotels so I will take the Airbnb for two nights. That gives me a known place to arrive and drop bags on the first evening. I'll test the guest policy and then have all of the next day to relocate if needed. I am happy to burn a night accom, in return for not being out at midday with a hangover after my first night back in PH I can just use the room as a base while I confirm my future accom on the ground.

Like others that have posted we have spent years in AC and know the type of experience we want. It suits me to be further away from walking st.

Central Park has been excellent. Guests all day every day, whenever. Most of the staff, including the front desk girls, doesn't even wear masks now. The only difference is that the rooftop lounge closes around midnight now. It used to be a good place to take the girls after the bar.

This is a bit up Perimeter, used to be no probs around there as well, but reading thru the reviews they actually have families and OFWs as guests now. And some guys complaining about a strict guest policy. It looked good in the pics, guess I was thrown off course a bit when my regular discrete ho-tel told me they're not open for business. Great I caught this issue some days before arriving so I can rebook, adapt, and overcome LOL.

So now I'm getting this pre-arrival list including "strictly no visitors". What is worse, when finecombing their reviews I see that some guys complain about actually being strict, so it may not even be flexible, PH-AC style.

Any current experiences re this? Which hotels are currently visitor friendly?

Other gents who know of recent hotels outside of AC with good ISG-friendly guest policies, please report (especially Manila). Alternately follow Goferring's advice of making your initial rental hotel for just 1-2-3 nights. Even if their guest policy sucks, it gives you a few days to walk the area and find a more guest-friendly place and transfer. I realize that is difficult advice for 2-week warriors.
Thanks Westy, ABC / CP being visitor frendly is good news, although not surprising. CP might work for me. I know this is a divisive subject, but I consider ABC a less good value proposition, each to their own. I will tuck in the visitor part in my now ongoing discussion with my next target hotel. But having lived in AC many years ago I know that formal policies are "not always" adhered to, so I'm interested in what "works". If it means sneaking my BF through a back door or maybe offering someone a small tip, whatever.
