I finally got to Orange bar and Lipstick bar, reportedly raided recent days. Yep looks like they were raided, open now, with small number of girls who most probably were not in the bar at time of raid. Lloilo is not a mongers area full stop, one hardly sees a single foreigner on trips there, girls tend to be super shy and are just not seen on the arm of older westerners like in other major cities of the Phills.

There was back in 2014 a couple of very small bars catering to pinoys, they were located in Delgado street but not sure if still there or if they cater to foreigners.

I asked about that and the answer is no, the trike drivers said they can only go so far and then must let you off. I imagine that it would mean a little walking, but probably not the end of the world. The road is pretty barren and safe the last leg to the airport. Personally, I bit the bullet and took a taxi to Clark airport.

Just to clarify that Trikes are not permitted on Clark base. They cannot go past the Main Gate (near SM Clark) or past Friendship gate. It is NOT an option to trike and walk.

If you want to go this method, you catch a Jeepney from Main Gate terminal.
