So I am thinking 2 pm girl gets some money before bar opens then off to work at 6. 9 pm girl comes from bar. So what is the payment please? How does management feel about bar girls leaving at 9 and no BF direct to bar?

I think he was smart in telling her that he was 2 hours away and was coming back. That put everyone at ease and gave him time to get out. Everyone should remember this tactic. That said, I am sure it was a scam. But its better to err on the side of caution. He can switch to Cambodia or Thailand or Vn so it's no loss.

Apologies I didn't realize you were IN the room for lunch. I assumed wrongly that you were in the hotel restaurant having lunch.

In my mind and please understand I am sympathetic to your situation, the stumbling point was letting anyone who even remotely looks younger than legal INTO your room.
