I visited Night Moves bar yesterday and I barfined a 20 years old petite fresh from the province 7 on the looks and 8 in performance and got some Greek action for additional 500 p. Barfine 2100 p. Disclaimer: Pandemic prices have been much lower, in general. But there are exceptions to that rule:

1) From Manila to the province, the following happened on occasion. For whatever reason, girls became unavailable. Alternatives existed, and often times those alternatives came with lesser pandemic prices, but other times there were higher exorbitant prices. Unsure why some girl would suggest 10 k for a ST, and then stick with it. I can make guesses, but they are only guesses, and I am not sure if the reason is important. Normal market rules sometimes just went out the window.

2) AC / Subic, from reports here and from mates info, seem to be an island, where things are 'lighter' in terms of rules. Its quite possible that because of its unique pre-pandemic structure of so many girls in a small location operating for one specific purpose, that prices might not be 'normal' (either too high or too low) during a period when you would expect them to be low. AC is an area with a large concentration of expats, and when the bar girls ran home to the province, it might at times be an area with too many gents per girl (maybe).

I haven't venture over to Wild Orchid Hotel. I did noticed the Penthouse building pretty dark from Fields. If a hotel isn't doing bookings on Agoda then you can assume it is closed. I book on Agoda.com and the send a message thru Agoda to the hotel with some message like please confirm a non smoking room. Then they reply which confirms to me they are open.

Fair call. I should have replaced 'freelancers' with semi-pros: waitresses, shop assistants, even night clubbers not adverse to some overtime. I don't think I've ever grabbed a working girl directly off the street for the reasons you have mentioned.
