I'm full Filipino, but born and raised in the US and don't speak Tagalog. I've only had 1 girl not want to go with me in the 9 years I've been going to AC. If it is about the number of bars and girls then AC is best. Also regarding costs there is a clear preference. All in LT in AC is 2500-4000 PHP whereas in Makati all in LT is 7900-8900 PHP. Besides of mongering in AC there is not much else to do and Makati is a much nicer and cleaner environment. ming.

Private car transportation between the two locations will be about 2800 PHP per way. Just make sure you stay in Makati the last night before flying out of Manila.
