Street, I think what everybody is trying to tell you, or at least the members who have responded to your initial inquiry, is that there are no 9's and 10's anywhere. Norma's is considered to be the most reliable. Also, since its slightly off the main drag there are lesser chances of being accosted by unsavory characters.
