More Economically to buy proven western vaccines from wester countries. Problem is PH lacks money and political clout to buy. Dutere fuxk that up. Most Filipinos will not take China vaccine.

From what I can gather the world police will not allow certain countries to open back up or allow its citizens to travel to other countries if these countries do not have adequate access to vaccine. The WHO is now discussing and defining the criteria and ethics involved in opening back up and allowing western countries to run free. One of their main criteria for it to be ethically sound to open back up is access to the vaccine. So if it appears as if there is an ample supply to the vaccine (PH based vaccine) that should satisfy the WHO's criteria for allowing vaccinated foreign travelers back into these countries. Another thing to keep an eye out for is breakthrough infections, if we start to see vaccinated people become infected at a higher than expected rate we could also see some setbacks in this timeline and will certainly be prohibited from traveling for leisure. If we see the breakthrough cases baseline at a relatively low rate even with the variants that would be best case. I am not going to travel if a quarantine is necessary so even if they open back up I personally won't travel unless a negative covid test and vaccination card are accepted in place of a quarantine.

They are just the top end of the IQ scale, Avg IQ for phils is about 85 which is below the world avg and that is propped up by the OFWs of which you speak. We'd go out and she would stop at every shop wanting me to buy clothes, food, homewares. I told her we'd go broke within a couple of years unless she got off her very cute ass and got a job to help. She flicked between wanting to do a beauty course, to opening a sari sari shop, to being in hospitality, to a hair dresser, to finally just wanting a baby to look after and have me pay for everything including her 20+ extended family.
