GFE can be had in many places. BBFS is hard to find these days. Some in Thailand allow for extra fee. Most other places very difficult. If the girl likes you or drunk may allow.

According to the FBI website, 11% of killings in the US were stranger on stranger, according to the RCMP in Canada it is 14% so pretty close.
